I love this area ! We have vacationed here for over 30 years. The Block Island Ferry (Galilee) Pt Judith is only10 minutes away and you are only 1-2miles from 4 gorgeous state beaches. Briggs Farm is a family friendly, quiet neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
Our ranch style bedroom concept is perfect for easy living. The finished downstairs bonus/family room is a great place for the teens to hang out. This room has a new queen size sofa bed and smart TV. The upstairs has an open concept that works well for family gatherings. RELIABLE wireless internet, ductless Air-conditioning and HOT/COLD outdoor shower.
