Excellent location 150m from the beach, 150m from the market place, close to all shops, restaurants, train station, bike path.

Comfortable, newly renovated and bright with sofa bed in living room, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, TV, DVD player, hairdryer, baby accessories (bed, chair, stroller), linen provided .

Private parking place in residence, bike storage, terrace with open views that can accommodate meals for 4 people. Pets are not accepted.

Lovely base in a cute place

Olga couldn't have been a better host. She welcomed us and made sure we knew where everything was. She was very communicative throughout. The apartment was comfortable, the kitchen and laundry very convenient, and the location was excellent - close to the beach, shops, and parks, but quite except for the sweet birds. One possible improvement would be heavier drapes in the bedroom, as the streetlights made a lot of light at night. We clipped up beach mats and that worked well.

TOUT A PIEDS

Location idéalement placée, plage, centre ville, marché à deux pas, appartement au calme, bien aménagé, très propre, rien ne manque, repas sur le balcon à l'ombre midi et soir, très appréciable lorsque le soleil tape fort. Merci à la propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et son accueil. Nous recommandons cette location sans réserve.

Location conforme à l'annonce et très agréable

La location est conforme à l'annonce publiée. Les propriétaires sont charmants. L'appartement est très calme y compris en haute saison. La literie est très confortable. Les sanitaires sont très bien entretenus et le jet de la douche dispose d'une bonne pression. L'exposition plein nord est parfaite en période de canicule car le balcon est ombragé (nous y avons pris tous nos repas). La cuisine est un peu étroite mais très fonctionnelle. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Appartement idéal pour découvrir Arcachon.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour dans l’appartement d’Olga. A quelques pas des rues piétonnes et des halles ainsi que la place du marché. Accès à la plage en 5 minutes à pieds. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et des produits de première nécessités sont fournis. Une place de parking privée est disponible dans la résidence. Au 3 eme étage avec ascenseur. La résidence est très calme. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Location à recommander

Les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité. L’appartement est idéalement situé, à proximité immédiate des plages et du centre ville, tout en bénéficiant d’un environnement calme. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé, bien agencé et la décoration est soignée. Un parking privé permet «d’oublier » sa voiture le temps du séjour. A recommander sans hésiter. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité.

Une belle surprise

Un appartement très cosy disposant de tout le confort pour se croire comme à la maison. Proche de la plage, du marché et des boutiques. Le parking est très pratique pour laisser la voiture. idéal pour toutes saisons. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Cela restera notre priorité pour un nouveau séjour.
