Ideally located in Estero off Corkscrew road, 7 minutes east of 75, 15 minutes from Coconut Point Mall, 25 minutes to Barefoot beach. New construction with tile floors throughout, granite counter tops, large private lanai with a private preserve view. The preserve extends south for 6 miles. Price includes all utilities, including internet, TV, electric and water. Clubhouse includes restaurant with full bar, onsite massage therapist, 5 har-true tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, fitness center, and a beautiful club and pool overlooking a large lake. Tennis, pickleball, pool, fitness center are free. Minimum stay is 90 days in season, and 60 days off season.

I grew up in Maryland, but now live in Estero, 10 minutes from this rental property.
Why they chose this property
Beautiful community that is very private and quiet. Luxury homes. Stoneybrook golf course is 7 minute drive. Barefoot beach is 25 minute drive.
What makes this property unique
The home location within the community is very private and very quiet, located at the end of a cul-de-sac, and backs up to a preserve that extends south for 6 miles. Expect deer and wild turkeys to pass through the back yard for entertainment. Luxury amenities are beautiful. Must rent seasonal months of January, February and March as one contract. Will rent off season with minimum stay of 60 days.
