Unit 18 Lot 91. The perfect weekend getaway. This ocean meadow property is located just steps from the bluff trail or the east meadow trail taking you directly to the Ohlson Rec Center.

This well-appointed home features two King bedrooms with 2.5 baths in the main house and an additional studio with a private entrance with one King ensuite. Each bedroom has blue water views, towels and linens.

The main house is a reversed floor plan. The upper level has white water views which is perfect for entertaining and whale watching. The large, gourmet, kitchen includes high-end Viking appliances including a six-burner commercial-grade gas stove. High-speed internet, a 55” OLED TV (LIVE TV with HBO Max, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV), Blue Ray DVD, and Sono speaker round out this great vacation getaway.

Guests also have use of the enclosed one-car garage with Tesla charger.


Due to safety issues, homeowner suggests guests age 6 and older occupy this home rental.

The kitchen was very instrumental in our stay as we cooked many meals which included several preparation steps and cooking variations, the range and the two sinks made our kitchen time expeditious. We also loved the space and amenities of all three bedrooms, it gave each of the three couples a comfortable and roomy space for the 5 night stay.

Mostly because of Beach Rentals. They are the best rental agency up there. Beach rental staff sincerely care about your experience, where other rental agencies seem more indifferent, just business..... The best quality of Mermaid house is the kitchen and how well appointed it is. quality appliances, expensive pots and pans, and even utensil you would need.

I've never encountered that at any sea ranch home so I bought bottled water. And just an FYI the master bedroom bed although new is extremely firm. Like rock hard firm. The guest bedroom seemed to be a bit softer. This home is in really good shape and was impeccably clean which is a bonus. I really loved all the art and sculptures along with many books. It's really felt like a well kept home and not a sterile rental. I would definitely stay here again.

This home offers 3 couples complete privacy in 3 master bedrooms - one attached to the home yet not accessible from the inside of the home. Beds were comfortable, linens and towels were okay. The kitchen is the best ever! Truly! Equipped with everything and large! The TV and sound system are great and the main house rooms have shades to pull in case you want to watch daytime movies and need the reflection blocked for the windows (a huge prob in many rentals!). Reverse floor plan with little private outside space/deck with ocean views which other homes offer. Overall, a terrific home!One suggestion: don't charge the full hefty cleaning fee if renters don't use the 3rd outside studio bedroom! Just to be honest and fair!

Had a problem with a septic alarm going off at 10:30 at night, called Beach Rentals and thankfully they answered the emergency line and helped resolve the issue, whew...House is clean and comfortable, highly recommend.

Clean, airy, with a well-appointed kitchen, we had everything we needed for our stay. We love to cook on our coastal weekends, and have a box of kitchen items that we often use to compensate for below average kitchen tools and wine glasses. But our box of goodies was unnecessary in this home! Would absolutely return to sit on the deck and enjoy the wide view.
