At 100 m from the beach, beautiful apartment on the port and close to restaurants and shops.
On the 4th floor with elevator of a secure condominium with access to the beach direct and fast.
A large closed room with window is equipped with a bed 140. It can accommodate 90 extra beds available on site. A sofa bed offers 2 extra beds in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with all new electrical appliances (ceramic hob, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, mini oven, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, ...).
The glazed living room of 20 m² gives on the terrace of 7 m².
Restaurants and shops are 100 m from the residence.
Everything is accessible without car, water and leisure activities, funfair 20 minutes and a tram stop 15 minutes to stroll in Montpellier.
By vehicle many sites, lakes, caves can be visited in the area.

Emplacement idéal très proche plage. Appartement propre et bien aménagé avec tout le matériel nécessaire. Seul petit bémol : emplacement assez bruyant en période estivale car donnant sur la place du port avec chaque soir des concerts et manège pour enfants.

Propriétaire aux petits soins, l'essentiel est fourni et prise de contact facile et efficace. Accès à la plage direct et bonne animation quotidienne sur le port. Pour des Plongeurs des clubs sont à proximité de la location. Nous recommandons cette location et le site.

L’appartement est situé près de la plage et des commerces , avec une place de parking. Il est bien agencé et rien de manque (petite épicerie, produits d’entretien, serviettes,etc…)pour passer un bon séjour. La bouteille de rosé et l’eau fraîche sont appréciées à l’arrivée

Très bon accueil. Monsieur Bilion est très à l'écoute et soucieux de ses locataires. L'appartement est bien équipé, confortable et très bien situé, à 2 pas de la mer et face au port. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le confort de la terrasse.

Le propriétaire est une très gentille personne , disponible gentil et très sympathique. L’appartement est très très bien placé je le conseille vivement à toutes les personnes qui recherchent un lieu sympa et très bien placé . Bord de mer à pied parking privatif plein centre ... parfait pour un séjour paisible !!

Quite and pleasant Stay

Alain was a wonderful host. He's always available even though we didn't veisturb him that much. The property has its own pricate oatking but there plenty of free fpots near by. His Appartement is clean fully furnished. The view on the port of Carnon is magnificent. The beach is within walking distance. There are restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. It should be a pleasure to vom back in summer.
