Very nice, quiet house with magnificent views of the sea and its sunset, completely renovated, air-conditioned and tastefully decorated in the purest tradition of Ibiza!
Equipped with a swimming pool, banana trees, double terraces on the ground floor and on the first floor, 2 double bedrooms + additional space for children with a 1 or 2 person bed (baby cots also available), 2 bathrooms, kitchen equipped, safe. Access to a cove on foot in 5 minutes by small path. Land fenced by local stone walls. Supermarket 1 km away and choice between the beaches of Cala Vadella or Cala Moli.
House equipped with all the necessary comfort such as dishwasher, Nespresso machine, WIFI, flat screen, towel dryer, outdoor gas shower and plancha, and above all a beautiful swimming pool to cool off!
Rental of minimum 1 week in season but on request for shorter stays in low period. Possibility to rent tennis lessons nearby.

Invictus 280 GT boat 8 people (7 + the captain) ... with for example the visit of Formentera, its turquoise waters and all the comfort on board

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war alles sauber und die Kontaktpersonen immer erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell überall und doch ist es sehr ruhig, immer genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. Schade war einzig, dass das eine Zimmer mehr ein“Durchgang“ zum Bad ist und keine Fenster hat. Mit vier Teenagern eher mümühsam

Wat een heerlijk huis

Geweldig huis om met ons gezin te verblijven. Super schoon. Verbeterpunt is de matras beneden. Die was te zacht. Helaas kregen we de buiten bbq en de buitendouche niet aan de praat.

Schönes Haus und toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, würden es wieder buchen,perfekt für 2 Pärchen und Kleinklnd, Schönes Haus. bisschen abgewohnt an ein paar Ecken, stört aber nicht, die 2 SZ und 2 Bäder sehr geräumig , in der Küche alles da was man braucht. Das Zimmer für 2 Kinder nicht perfekt, da hier kein Fenster und Betten im Durchgang zum Bad stehen

What an insider tip. This charming accommodation was one of our highlights on Ibiza. Furnished with great attention to detail, the house offers everything you need over two floors and it corresponds 100% to the pictures. Great location if you have a car, nice and quiet in a great residential area. Laura and the whole process with the owner was uncomplicated and very cordial and reliable. We are in love and would love to come back. Many thanks for the great memories we have with this accommodation!

Beautiful house, relaxed stay.

The house is cozy and beautiful, we enjoyed our stay a lot. With a rental car it’s easy to get around, shopping, beaches, and restaurants are all within a few minutes drive.

Nice and cozy stay in save area

We stayed in the house for almost two weeks. Check-in and check-out was very easy thanks to Laura's excellent assistance. Fortunately the weather was quite nice during our stay and we spent most of our time in the pool area and on the terrace. We felt quite safe in the living area / neighbourhood and found the area to be one of the most attractive on the island. In fact, the furniture is getting a bit old. The ground-floor bedroom (with the extra two beds in a walk-through room to the bathroom) offers a little less privacy and has no separate window to open (just a sort of terrace door). The two bathrooms look renovated and comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable. Thank you for the easy booking and overall handling on site.

Beautiful und private

We absolutely enjoyed the stay in this beautiful house! The designs, the privacy, the fire place -everything is great! Especially all the -whats seems to be selfmade wooden things ( the wooden sliding door, cabinet doors, furniture etc.) are sooo beautiful! We love it! We even walked around in nature to pick up dry branches for the fire place - like at our own home in Germany.

Ruhe-Oase in idyllischer Umgebung

Wir haben das Haus wie eine Ruhe-Oase empfunden, insbesondere wenn man nach einem Tagesausflug aus einer Stadt zurückkehrte. Alles in allem ist die Beschreibung schon sehr genau, allerdings hat das Haus nicht mehr so die Strahlkraft wie auf den Bildern (z. B. Teile der outdoor-Polster sehen inzwischen ungepflegter aus, die Haustüre schließt nicht mehr ohne den Schlüssel umzudrehen, hinter den Waschbecken im unteren Bad unschöne Farbflecken, Kriechstrom). Was uns persönlich sehr störte, war der Feuchtigkeitsgeruch, der trotz der vielen aufgestellten Duftfläschchen durchschlägt (damit auch nicht nicht allergikerfreundlich). Wer damit leben kann, findet ein kleines Paradies. Und Laura empfing uns sehr herzlich und war jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür!

wunderbares Haus für einen entspannten Ibiza-Trip

Wir waren absolut begeistert von diesem Haus. Auf uns wirkte es noch grösser als auf den Bildern, insbesondere die Outdoor-Bereiche (mit Pool und auf der Dachterrasse) waren sehr grosszügig gestaltet. Aber auch die Küche und das Wohnzimmer waren sehr geräumig. Da wir nur 2 Erwachsene waren, war das Haus schon fast zu gross :-) 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder haben wirklich ausreichend Platz darin. Einziges Manko in dieser Konstellation: nur 1 Bad hat eine Dusche, das andere Bad hat lediglich eine Badewanne, in der man nicht duschen sollte (ausser man möchte eine Überschwemmung im Bad). Hier könnte es einen Engpass geben, vor allem, weil das Bad mit Dusche nur durch das eine Schlafzimmer der Erwachsenen und der Bereich der Kinder zugänglich ist. Das ganze Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und stimmig dekoriert und erzeugt viel Wärme und Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Insbesondere hat es viele Lichtquellen, die es sehr schön gestaltet. Von der Lage her ist es absolut ruhig. Man geniesst viel Privatsphäre und ist dennoch schnell mit dem Auto an den Stränden (schon in wenigen Minuten), in Sant Josep (ca. 10 Min.), in Sant Antoni (ca. 25 Min.) oder Ibiza Stadt (ca. 30 Min.) - je nach Verkehr. Für uns war es absolut perfekt und wir haben sehr viele Ausflüge gemacht. In der Nähe (ca. 3 Autominuten) hat's einen kleinen Supermarkt, der aber alles hat, was es braucht. Ansonsten ist man schnell in Sant Josep, wo es weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt, wie auch sehr tolle (günstige) Restaurants!

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Finca entspricht den Bildern und den bisherigen Bewertungen. Man benötigt aber ein Auto, da die Finca eher abgelegen und ruhig liegt. Für uns mit 2 kleinen Kindern perfekt. Laura war sehr zuvorkommend und hat all unsere Fragen beantwortet. Die Kommunikation funktioniert easy über WhatsApp.

Prachtig huisje met zwembad

Het huisje ligt op een mooie rustige locatie. Wij waren met z’n vieren en dan is er plek genoeg voor iedereen. Boven nog een mooi dakterras met uitzicht op de zee. Buiten ligt een mooi zwembad, niet groot maar voldoende voor een lekkere verfrissende duik! Er is vlakbij een kleine supermarkt. Wij hebben genoten van de vakantie!

Nice and comfy House - wonderful stay

The house is a space miracle in a perfect location on the island. The terraces are great and the rooms well furnished to have a relaxed and comfy stay. We were two people and had a wonderful stay there, perhaps more than four is a bit to cosy. The pool is smaller than he appears on the pictures. Perhaps this could be updated in the description.

Beautiful house

We just spent a week in this beautiful house with friends, what a treat! Great location (remote location, you need your car, however we knew about it and this was not an issue for us), great outdoor, great facilities. I can’t think of anything that was not to our expectations. We would love to return to Ibiza and if we do, it would be in this villa. Thank you again.

Heel leuke villa met alle benodigdheden voor een zorgeloos verlof

Zoals ik hierboven reeds heb geschreven leuke villa met alles erop en eraan + zeer rustige omgeving. 1 klein min puntje ik zou over de matrassen een beschermhoes trekken ( hygiënischer ) + een spiegel monteren in de badkamer boven zodat je uw haar achteraan ook kan zien ( ik heb kort haar vandaar deze kleine opmerking ) Maar ik heb 100% genoten van deze mooie typische Ibiza villa.

Herrlich!

Das Haus liegt ruhig, fast uneinsehbar in einer Art Wohnviertel. Man ist dort sehr privat, auch im Pool. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll aber nicht übertrieben und auch nicht perfekt. Uns hat es gefallen! Zu dritt war es für uns optimal. Zu Fuß erreicht man zwei Strände.

Family holiday

The house was as advertised and very cute. The outside sunbed furniture and cushions really should be replaced, as should the balcony cushions. The house is lovely and the small plunge pool is definitely needed during the very hot weather. I would stay again and recommend this house to others but with a small amount of investment the owner could make it even better.
