We offer you our Parisian apartment, a beautiful 110 m² duplex that is very bright, fully tiled, and cleaned. It features two bedrooms and two private bathrooms with an unobstructed view of Paris, located near the Bois de Vincennes, where your children will surely enjoy the recently renovated zoo. A small terrace allows you to have your coffee from the master bedroom while admiring the distant view of the Sacré-Cœur in Montmartre.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for your stay. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022. It is welcoming, bright, healthy, and offers an unobstructed view thanks to its large bay windows.

The pink and gold bedroom for the parents, with a small terrace (160 cm bed)
The blue bedroom for an adult or one or two children (140 cm bed)… Both rooms have their own private bathrooms.
To make your arrival and installation serene, we will have tea, coffee, and linens provided for you.
The 46 bus line at the foot of the building will take you either to Vincennes, its castle, the woods, the zoo, and the Parc Floral, or directly to the heart of Paris via the 11th arrondissement, with a direct connection to Gare du Nord.
Gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz are nearby and easily accessible, as well as Gare Montparnasse (via metro lines 6 and 8), with the Félix Eboué - Daumesnil station being very close.
The Rothschild Hospital is also nearby, as well as St. Antoine Hospital.
It is also relatively easy to reach Orly Airport.
You can book a secure parking spot before your arrival through the ONEPARK website. Many parking spaces are available nearby.
Finally, all local shops are at the foot of the building, including a convenience store and many other merchants, as well as the market on Avenue Daumesnil, which operates every other day.
You are very close to Place Félix Eboué (DAUMESNIL) and near NATION, meaning the center of Paris and all the tourist sites are within easy reach.

The Coulée Verte, or Promenade Plantée, which runs at the foot of the building, is the former railway line that ran through the eastern part of Paris to the countryside. Now fully pedestrianized, it offers a green environment in the heart of the city with a 5 km long route leading to the Château de Vincennes, where you can continue your walk through the woods if you wish.
Sometimes in the air, sometimes underground. This unique walk, stretching from Bastille to the Bois de Vincennes, takes you from viaduct to footbridge, from tunnel to trench, through the eastern part of Paris. Created in 1988 by Philippe Mathieux and Jacques Vergely, it was built on the site of the former railway line that connected Bastille Square to Varenne-Saint-Hilaire (94) since 1859 and has only recently been fully pedestrianized.
The ACCOR ARENA venue is also very close to the apartment, and for those who have booked tickets, it is only a 10-minute walk to attend the Paris 2024 Olympics events or to enjoy the many shows and concerts presented there.
