Seemed a bit run down

Good location, apartment could do with painting and toilet didn’t seem clean it had yellow stains inside and carpets didn’t seem clean

A night in Torquay

Just a single night to see a show at the Theatre. What a wonderful surprise when we entered the apartment! The view was truly world class! The facilities were far above expectations! It was a luxury apartment, probably the best we have ever stayed in.....and we are well travelled globally. Would just like to say "thank you very much" for the opportunity to use this facility. It was truly a wonderful experience. We will most certainly be returning and hopefully, for a couple of extra nights so we can really enjoy the views across the Bay. We have no connections with Plum Locations and this is an honest and accurate opinion of our short stay.

A last minute stay in a very good apartment

From booking through to leaving this was a hassle free 4 day stay in Torquay. Overall, the apartment was very good. You can't beat the view and location. Close to restaurants, bars and cafes in a new development on the seafront but still very quiet. The property was very comfortable to live in. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Lovely property

I have stayed in Astor House but in a different flat. I can say about both they are in a well kept property in a great location with fantastic views. I had a query after staying and it was dealt with promptly and effectively. I would recommend the property and the company for their customer service. I will look to use this location again.

Girlie break and catch up

Apartment is lovely ... Had everything you needed for a short break away ... Possibly some cleaning products would be good if staying longer .... Position ideal for dining out, shopping And drinkies ... We had booked on the rocks for dinner which was a stones throw away ... You just go down through the garden and into a path that takes you on to the prom... Only down side if you have mobility issues as lots of steps and on a hill but this is the reason for the lovely views from the window ...

Great apartment with amazing views! Kitchen excellent with large oven, large FF, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Up a couple of flights of staris, short steep walk to the prom. Good exercise with a buggy! Parking a bit busy, we only went out in the car a couple of times (left the buggy in the car boot outside). Second bedroom would benefit from a blind for the skylight. Bit of background noise from outside which didn't bother us, the rest of the building was very quiet.

Beautiful apartment with a terrific view!

The apartment was in the second floor and had to be reached by steps. There was enough space for a family with two kids. The view to the seafront was terrific and the highlight of this apartment. There was no real balcony, but you could stand between the apartment window and another one attached with a space between in front of the apartment. The beds and the sofas sag a little bit too much in the middle to our opinion. Thats why we couldn`t give more points in Comfort, Condition and Value for money. It was very helpful to have a really large fridge, the grand oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine with dryer. We aprrreciated very much that some spices and things for the cooking and washing were provided. This apartment was the best by far of three facilities we stayed at in GB this vacation.

Apartment 17 was fantastic, clean and tidy and with amazing views of Torquay bay and could not of wished for anything better. We had a great time and would recommend to a friend. Fantastic place.

Very nice, clean flat with excellent sea views

Great place, looked recently decorated and our flat was great, all as described, very clean and comfortable. Location was good, a bit of a walk up the hill, but 15 mins to the seafront.
