One room with one double bed, a big living room with a sofa-bed, a kitchen, a dining area for 4 people and a bathroom with a bathtub. It also has a TV satellite, a safe-deposit box, a microwave, a fridge, a stove, dishes, a toaster... The 20-m2 terrace has a table, chairs, an umbrella and a little barbeque. Also, it has wonderful views to El Parc de Llevant and to the nice valley. The six apartments share a 16x5m swimming pool and it also has a huge solarium to sunbathing.
