House fitted on one level and furnished in contemporary style with private pool of 8 x 3.5 m on a plot of 500m². 100m² divided into a master suite with bath and toilet, second bedroom, separate toilet, kitchen open to dining area, living area of 35 sqm. Sleeps 6 people. Water, electricity, internet access, towels and bedding provided. Rent weekly, fortnight or month. Close to the village center and all amenities. Ideally located between Aix and Salon (15 km respectively), in the country of Aix, at the foot of the Luberon and the threshold of the Crau. Many activities nearby (Zoo de la Barben, swimming pool, beaches, festivals, golf, tennis hiking and biking). TGV station and Marignane airport 40 minutes. This house is my main residence.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden und das Objekt entsprach genau den Fotos. Der Pool war bei den hohen Temperaturen einfach wunderbar. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und äußerst zuvorkommend. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Superbes vacances !

La maison est belle, propre, toute équipée, climatisée dans les pièces principales. L'extérieur est tout aussi bien entretenu, piscine belle et chaude. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible si besoin, nous reviendrons !

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Geräte sind alle neu. Das gesamte Haus wirkt sauber und sehr gepflegt. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr schön und sauber, es gibt gute Liegen. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich und jederzeit sofort hilfsbereit.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung, es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Pool ist sehr angenehm und wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend nicht weit vom Ortskern von St. Cannat entfernt. Eric Nicod spricht deutsch und ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Wir haben wir einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Excellent séjour

Nous venons de passer 3 semaines très agréables. La maison correspond totalement au descriptif, elle est très bien équipée et la piscine très agréable et entretenue très régulièrement. De plus,bien que dans un lotissement,elle se trouve dans un quartier calme et pourtant proche de toutes les commodités. De plus MR Nicod est un hôte particulièrement sympathique et à l’écoute de ses locataires. Nous espérons bien revenir.

Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool mitten in der Provence. Éric ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der perfekt deutsch spricht und das Haus außerhalb der Vermietungen selbst bewohnt. Mehrere Bäckereien, Restaurants und Supermarkt im Ort Saint-Cannat in fußläufiger Entfernung. Haus liegt sehr ruhig mitten in einem Wohngebiet.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour chez Mr Nicod. La maison est top, agréable, le quartier est calme. On a tous adoré la piscine (2 adultes et 3 enfants 14,9 et 6 ans) et nos vacances ! Merci encore à Mr Nicod pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. On reviendra !

Delightful

We stayed 4 weeks at this house tucked into a corner of very quiet Saint Cannat. Absolutely no vis-à-vis from any room or window. Great kitchen ,lovely living area and 1 big bedroom with en suite tub ad WC and both window and door to the pool,2nd bedroom smaller but good beds and closet space in both rooms. All air conditioned. Large shower room and separate toilet. Great pool with easy to eat outside table. Not a tourist town ,but we enjoyed being 30 minutes to an hour from almost anywhere in the Aix région. Lovely Michelin restaurant close by . Easy access to Aix by bus . Convenient village stores and center no more than 10 minute wall; also supermarket close by. Great owners, very careful to keep the pool okay for us even tho it was having some problems . Truly felt like home away from home.

Séjour parfait !

Nous avons passer un excellent séjour, la maison est encore plus belle en vrai ! Elle est très bien située, notre séjour était parfait ! Le propriétaire est disponible. Agréable séjour, la maison est encore plus belle en vrai. Tout équipée et adaptée pour les enfants en bas âge, la maison est très bien située et dans un secteur très calme. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute des vacanciers.

Maison agréable très propre, fonctionnelle, bien équipée, bien située. Tout est à proximité. Climatisation dans le séjour appréciable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le propriétaire est très sympa est a veillé à notre bien être en pensant au moindre détail. Nous recommandons vraiment cette maison.

Agréable sejour

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine , le propriétaire est très accueillant . La maison est propre , très bien équipée et très bien placée, proche du centre du village . La région est très belle . Le seul petit point négatif c est que la piscine n était pas très propre, un petit coup de robot , avant notre arrivée, aurait été le bienvenu .

Location parfaite

Accueil chaleureux d'Eric avec petit cadeau de bienvenue. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison très propre moderne et agréable ou rien ne manquait. La piscine est absolument parfaite avec coins ensoleillés et ombragés. Les commerces de St-Cannat sont situés à proximité de la maison ou nous pouvons y aller à pieds. Maison à recommander sans soucis.

Séjour au top

Séjour super. La maison est magnifique et il y a vraiment TOUT le nécessaire. Le propriétaire est disponible et très agréable. La piscine etait juste parfaite. La literie également. Saint Cannât est à côté de tout mais reste au calme. Séjour parfait, nous aurions bien prolongé 😊

Le gite est très agréable car il est équipé de tout le nécessaire qui fonctionne parfaitement : cuisine, salles de bain, volets motorsiés, piscine, télé, alarme,... Les lits sont en largeur de 1.60 m. Choix idéal pour les occupants (avec véhicule) que nous étions (deux couples d'amis) au cours de la fin de spetembre 2018.
