Large fisherman's house of 150m2, very spacious, with large volumes including on the ground floor a living room of 25m2 with television and sea view, a dining room of 20m2 sea view, a terrace of 10m2 plus 10m2 of garden with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen (electric fan oven, microwave oven, 4-burner hob, extractor hood, fridge, 3-drawer freezer, pod coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, cupboards, dishes) open onto the large terrace behind 45m2 ( including an outdoor sink, a plancha); a bathroom with bath, a toilet.
On the 1st floor: a very spacious bedroom of 28m2 with dressing room a double bed and magnificent sea view; a 12m2 bedroom with terrace view with a double bed, a 20m2 bedroom with 2 single beds and sea view; an office of 9m2 opening onto a terrace; a dressing room.
A deposit will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure: € 1000
