Apartment completely renovated (2018) 2 steps from downtown with air conditioning in each room.
Independent entrance on the ground floor (with secure parking space right in front of the accommodation): a 1st bedroom (1 double bed) with bathroom / shower; a corridor (with wc) then access to the living room with lounge and fully equipped American kitchen. A 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower and wc.
Each room has individual air conditioning and a flat screen TV. Wifi available free of charge.
From the living room you have access to a beautiful furnished terrace of 30 m2 ideal for having breakfast or an aperitif at the end of the day (lounge, parasol, armchairs, table and chairs).
The historic city center of Sarlat is a 2-minute walk away. It is the ideal starting point for visiting the city and / or the region and all its sites ...
