The Villa "La Belle Vue" offers a magnificent view over the roofs of Sarlat. The historic city center is a 3-minute walk away: ideal for sightseeing!
The villa is spacious and very pleasant to live in. The living room (living room / dining room / American kitchen) opens onto a beautiful furnished terrace. The large bay windows make this room very bright.
A 1st bedroom is on the ground floor: a double bed (160 cm), TV and its bathroom with Italian shower. A separate toilet is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs there is a second bedroom: 2 single beds (90 cm), a TV and its bathroom with Italian shower and wc.
Thanks to a landing door you access the second part of the accommodation which can therefore be completely independent if you wish. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a living room (living room and American kitchen), a bathroom with Italian shower and a separate toilet. In the living room a convertible sofa (140cm) can sleep 1 or 2 people. This very bright room also opens onto a furnished balcony.
To sum up, this villa is made up of 2 apartments (each with its own entrance) which may or may not communicate as you wish.
In the living room on the ground floor there is a convertible sofa which can also offer additional sleeping for 2 people. However no blackout blinds in this room.
We pay particular attention to the comfort of our visitors. This is why we have a memory bedding so that your nights are soft and restful.
The most of this villa is its indoor jacuzzi (4 people): you can access it from the terrace. It is exclusively reserved for the tenants of the villa. It is in a room with a large picture window which allows you to relax while enjoying the view over the roofs of Sarlat.
