Quiet, contemporary farmhouse ideally located in Plœmeur.
Close to the beach (800 m from the beach of Perello), all shops and coastal paths of several km on foot.

On the ground floor: entered with dressing room for jackets and shoes. a large fitted kitchen fully equipped with dining room, a large living room. A storeroom with 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer. Your children can also discover many toys in a small box. The ground floor also has a beautiful bedroom (1 bed for 2 people-140X200 with dresser), 1 private Italian bathroom.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (25 m²) to sleep (1 bedroom with 1 bed 160X200 and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140X200 + a cot. Bathroom with bath and 1 separate toilet.
Linens are provided and beds are made on arrival.
WIFI throughout the house and garden. A flat rate is offered.

Séjour très agréable

Maison particulièrement soignée, très bien équipée et très décorée avec un magnifique jardin ; petit bémol concernant la literie (matelas pas assez fermes) Des propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques.

Beau et fonctionnel

Très belle maison fonctionnelle, très bien située proche plages et commerces (en voiture 5 min) ou à vélo. Grand jardin idéal pour les enfants et les adultes.
