The studio is located on the raised ground floor overlooking a shady park along the pedestrian walkway.
Possibility to rent the Weekend (May 1, May 8, Ascension, Pentecost) for the number of nights with a mini of 3 nights.
The studio includes an equipped and furnished kitchen (Induction hob, Small oven, Fridge Top ...), a 80 Cm Samsung TV, a bathroom with shower (washing machine) and WC, a large closet, a 140X200 BZ in the main room with bay window 3 ventaux with electric shutters and a cabin area with a 140X190 bed.
