Bina Puri ventured into the hospitality services with our maiden project being the Rimbun Suites & Residences, located at Jalan Ong Sum Ping, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam. The signature project was initiated under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) between Bina Puri and The Brunei Economic Development Board (BEDB) in August 2010. The Group had refurbished and upgraded three (3) blocks of 72 units of unoccupied apartments into modern serviced apartments.
By 2019, The Ong Sum Ping (OSP) Puni Indah Luxury Residences has rebranded as Rimbun Suites and Residences as it looks to offer daily rates.
With the rebranding, Rimbun Suites is offering Two Suites; Pelangi Family Suites for B$350 per night and Serenity Suite for $300 per night which carry check out times of 12pm, 3pm and 5pm respectively.
The 3100 sq ft in size brings a high hospitality standard that exemplifies the essence of the luxury and carefree convenience. The facilities in Rimbun include outdoor swimming pool, gym, children’s playground, a mini jogging track around the Rimbun garden area and an outdoor BBQ facility as well as a meeting room facility.
