About this property

Quiet, two minutes from rue Lepic, between the Moulin Rouge and rue des Abbesses is my apartment.
Magnificent 2-room refurbished, old parquet and moldings, a pleasant living room, a TV with cable channels, wifi, an American kitchen, a beautiful quiet room and a bathroom with bathtub. It feels really good and calm while being close to the traders.

Hôte injoignable à l’arrivée puis elle a annulé, on a du trouver un autre hébergement , avec difficultés dans l’urgence

Une adresse à retenir pour un séjour parisien agréable

Margaux m'attendait dans le studio, qui est au "sommet" de l'immeuble, soit 69 marches. Studio agréablement aménagé, bien équipé et très calme. L'absence d'étagère disponible pour ranger ses effets est suffisamment compensée en ce qui me concerne par les 3 fauteuils et la table de salon que j'ai utilisés à cet effet. Il y a en plus 4 chaises, un nombre qu'il n'est pas fréquent de trouver dans ce type de location. La rue Lepic, à quelques dizaines de mètres en sortant de l'immeuble, présente un choix de merveilleux commerces alimentaires en tous genres. Superbe. A partir des stations de métro Blanche (très proche), Clichy et Pigale (pas loin) on a accès aux lignes de métro 2, 12 & 13. J'ai payé le taxi 10€ à partir de la gare du Nord pour me déposer au pied de l'immeuble. Je préfère ne pas utiliser le métro avec des bagages.
