About this property

House with wooden terrace overlooking the Sancy, ideal for families and hikers

Hello,
we rent a small house fully equipped for 8 people.
Exceptional environment at 1200m altitude with wooden terrace and seen on the massif du sancy! From the house start hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, Nordic walking and tobogganing for children. Whether in spring, summer, autumn or winter, impossible to be bored for lovers of the quiet nature and sports!

Beautiful walks await you without taking the car!
The house is located 10 minutes from Mont Dore (ski resort) and 5 minutes from the Bourboule (spa and tourist town), Vulcania, the puy de dome train ... Dog sledding within 2 km on reservation at murat quaire. The Massif du Sancy offers summer and winter multiple opportunities for family activities and / or sports.
Supermarket 5 minutes by car! Hill race in mid August, animation of the village around the bread oven in spring and summer (craft markets).

The house consists of a small plot, a parking space in front of the house and a wooden terrace equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue gas. The entrance is through the terrace and a small veranda for storing shoes, hiking equipment and clothing. Then equipped kitchen: fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette ... then a living room / bedroom with a TV 80 cm of a sofa BZ sleeping 160 and a wooden mezzanine with a sleeping 140 for 2 people. On the small landing toilet and bathroom (bath) with hair dryer, and upstairs second bedroom of 10 m2 with a bed of 2 people and a TV 60 cm and a wooden mezzanine with a sleeping 140 for 2 people and a mattress of 90 for a child, cot with mattress. Ideal for 2 couples with children. Pets allowed on request and under conditions.

Little more your beds will be made on arrival! We will be present at the entrance and exit of the accommodation. Last generation electric heating that adjusts automatically!

Un p'tit coin de Paradis

Un pied à terre idéal pour se ressourcer au cœur de la nature tout en étant proche des commerces. Nombreuses activités aux alentours. De nombreuses randonnées de différents niveaux au départ du gîte. Un accueil sympathique. Nous recommandons. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Une semaine à Murat le Quaire

Notre premier séjour en Auvergne est une réussite grâce au logement confortable, impeccable et très bien équipé proposé par Vanessa et Éric. Idéalement situé, Murat le Quaire est proche des lieux incontournables, Mont Dore, Puy de Dôme, Puy de Sancy... On peut également ne pas prendre la voiture et randonner au départ du logement proche d'un petit lac notamment. Murat est situé juste au dessus de la Bourboule, très jolie petite ville thermale où il est possible de faire ses courses et de prendre de l'essence. Merci à nos hôtes et à leur logement, la vie y a été douce et sereine. Sylvie, Iris, Gabriel et Tosca 😍⛰️🐶 à pieds au départ de Murat rrandonner

Très bien placé, proche des départs de balade. Attention une seule vraie chambre non fermée communicante avec la salle de bain et toilettes. Malheureusement pas du tout pratique avec des jeunes enfants...

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille (avec des ados). La location est bien équipée. Plein de balades sans prendre la voiture. Tout pour se faire plaisir à proximité : restos, boutiques terroir, activités sportives, culturelles, loisir. Un chouette coin à découvrir !

annonce mensongère par rapport à la réalité

Les raisons: - le logement est très petit et ne permet pas d’accueillir 8 personnes ni même une famille de cinq avec des ados - il n’y a qu’une chambre et non deux - il n’y a qu’un seul lit dans une chambre, les autres couchages sont des matelas posés à même le sol sur les mezzanines sans possibilité de s’asseoir. - il n’y a pas de jardin à part quelques m2 de graviers devant l’entrée. - en plus le propriétaire exige un supplément pour un logement annoncé comme 5 à 8 personnes. - location vendue comme une maison mais qui n’offre guère plus de confort qu’un mobil home dans un camping.

Week end impeccable

Logement fonctionnel et charmant, nous étions 8 dont 2 enfants en bas âge, nous avons passé un agréable week end, nous en sommes très satisfaits, le logement est vraiment bien situé. Je le recommande !
