Surrounded by a number of marinas with opportunities for fishing and boating around Canyon lake, you can't go wrong here. In the summer, you can't beat tubing down the Guadalupe River! This is also a great location for day trips to Austin and San Antonio, both just an hour away. You can't go wrong!

Our space has 2 BEDROOMS each with a King Bed. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests.

Get ready in our 2 BATHROOMS. We provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and toiletries.

After some outdoor adventures, retreat to our air-conditioned LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy your favourite shows on our flatscreen cable TV with a DVD player and DVD rentals available. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.

In the fully-equipped KITCHEN you'll find a microwave and a refrigerator. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. When you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a meal at the on-site snack bar, Grille, serving snacks and light meal options.

You'll have access to a number of amenities at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Hill Country Resort where our space is conveniently located. These include 5 outdoor pools (2 of which are heated and open year-round), an outdoor hot tub, an on-site activities center with billiards, an arcade, a movie theater, plus basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, an 18-hole mini golf course, and access to the fitness centre.

Parking is available on-site.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a nightly resort fee of $12.50(+tax) and a refundable damage deposit of $115 that will be returned provided no damage or additional cleaning is required. The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! LOCAL FAVORITES
If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite place to eat delicious Italian food is Gennaro's Trattoria, just a 20 minute drive away! We suggest taking a 30 minute drive to New Braunfels where you can take fascinating Natural Bridge Caverns tours and enjoy some fun in the water year-round at the indoor-outdoor Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Six Flags Fiesta Texas is also just over an hour's drive away. After a visit to Six Flags, we suggest checking out the city’s River Walk district, the historic Alamo, or a number of great dining options in the same area.

• If you’re travelling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE parking on-site!
