Lovely family holiday
Property exactly as described in an excellent location for getting to all the main tourist sites but away from all the crowds in a peaceful location. Children loved swimming in the river (access down a quiet lane) and we loved sitting in the shady terraces and listening to the birds. Host very communicative and quick to respond.

Perfect location
We spent a week in this beautiful house which is very well equipped, quiet and perfectly located to explore large parts of the Ardeche. There‘s a tiny footpath right next to the house that brings you in 15 minutes to the stunning village of Labeaume where you can find a few shops and Restaurants.The only sad thing is that we couldn‘t stay longer.

A wonderful place
We had a wonderful time at this house. The house is large and interesting, set in its own gardens. Each room has its own charm (the large wooden table in the kitchen, the amazing garden view from the back room). The view from the front verandah is lovely - we spent most of our time in the house there. The bedrooms are very comfortable (with mosquito nets) and the bathrooms very good. The kitchen is very well equipped. Florence and Alain were incredibly helpful, even leaving us an emergency breakfast when our arrival was delayed. The area is wonderful to explore, with trails down to the river straight from the house. We spent most afternoons swimming there. It is much quieter than around Vallon Pont D'Arc. A wonderful place that we didn't want to leave!

Typisches Steinhaus in ruhiger Lage
Wir hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt in dem Haus, Wohn- und Essbereich sind sehr großzügig, die Terrassen sind toll. Die Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ihr eigenes Bad. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral, um Ardèche, Beaume und Chassezac zu bereisen. Wir haben tolle, aber anspruchsvolle Wanderungen durchgeführt - ein sehr steinreiches Land:)

Sommer am Fluss
Im alten Steinhaus haben wir zwei schöne Ferienwochen in einer beeindruckenden Landschaft verbracht. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist alles gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Haus in südlichem Wald mit nahem Badespaß
Dies ist ein gemütliches, auch im Sommer angenehm kühles Haus mit schattigen Terrassen. Es befindet sich mitten in schönen Pflanzen und Bäumen. Baden im Fluss machte uns großen Spaß. Es gibt einen Strand und auch tiefes Wasser zum Schwimmen. Die Badestelle und auch der Ort mit kleinem Lebensmittelgeschäft sind zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Somit war alles perfekt für einen entspannenden Urlaub. --- C’est une maison confortable et agréablement fraîche même en été avec des terrasses ombragées. Il est situé au milieu de belles plantes et d’arbres. Nous avons adoré nous baigner dans la rivière et nous nous sommes promenés le long de celle-ci le matin. Il y a une plage et aussi de l’eau profonde pour la baignade. La zone de baignade et le village avec une petite épicerie sont accessibles à pied en 20 minutes. Tout était donc parfait pour des vacances reposantes.

Maison très agréable, au calme , bien équipée, au centre d un réseau de chemins praticables à vélo ou à pied , à deux pas du bourg de Labeaume. Hôte sympathique et réactif . C était parfait !

Eine gute Urlaubserfahrung
Wir hatten einen erholsamen und abwechslungsreichen Aufenthalt. Es gibt vielfältige Möglichkeiten zu Outdoor Aktivitäten, die wir hier genutzt haben. Das Haus ist hochwertig und durchdacht ausgestattet, ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit den freundlichen und gesprächsbereiten Vermietern hat gut geklappt. Zusammengefasst hatten wir also einen sehr angenehmen Urlaub, in einem wirklich ansprechenden Haus und reizvoller Umgebung, zu Gast bei freundlichen Menschen. Was will man mehr?

Altes Steinhaus mit großem Garten
Ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz großzügigen Räumen, schön eingerichtet, moderne Küche, perfekt für eine Familie mit älteren Kindern, da diese dann auf der oberen Etage in zwei Zimmern mit eigenem Bad wohnen können. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Labeaume und es ist schön ruhig. Auf den Freisitzen findet man immer einen sonnigen oder schattigen Platz, je nachdem was man möchte. Durch die Überdachung der großen Terrasse kann man bei jedem Wetter im Freien essen.

Een fijn verblijf. Alleen de opmerking dat het huis 1 km van de rivier ligt is wat misleidend. Hemelsbreed klopt het. Maar om er te komen moet je heel goed ter been zijn. Een steil en glibberig rotspad naar beneden.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im alten Steinhaus sehr genossen. Es ist ruhig gelegen, abseits vom Touristentrubel. Trotzdem ist man fußläufig am Fluss, auf verschiedenen Wanderwegen oder im Dorf. Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell Ruoms zum Einkaufen und die umliegenden Sightseeing-Attraktionen sowie Kanuverleihe der Ardeche. Das Haus selbst bietet viel Platz und Privatsphäre für eine Familie mit Teenager(n) oder auch zwei Paare. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Tolles Haus in sehr schöner und absolut ruhiger Umgebung
Wir haben eine Woche in einem sehr schönen Haus mit allem Komfort verbracht. Drei Terrassen, mit Tischen und Sitzplätzen, die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet und die Schlafzimmer jeweils mit einem Badezimmer. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge. Rennrad fahren auf den abgelegenen Straßen ist traumhaft, Kanufahren auf der Ardèche oder es gibt auch tolle Wanderwege, die auch direkt vom Haus losgehen. Wir konnten sogar im Oktober noch in der Ardèche baden. Grottenbesichtigungen oder auch die Grotte Chauvet 2 sind sehr empfehlenswert. Restaurants mit sehr guter französischer Küche sind in der Umgebung. Vielen Dank an Florence und Alain und wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Schönes, gemütliches Ferienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage
Am Rande des malerischen Dorfes Labeaume gelegen bietet das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienhaus alles, was man man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Paddel- und Bademöglichkeiten, sowie die touristischen Highlights an der Ardèche sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Hitzewelle an der labaume
Das Haus war einfach aber sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wegen der Hitze habe wir v.a. die kühlen Bäder i n der labaume genossen, die über einen kleinen Weg in 25 Minuten zu Fuß zu errist, an einer Badestelle die kaum besucht ist.

Très jolie et agréable maison entourée de nature
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, disponibles et attentionnés. Leur maison est bien équipée avec une mention spéciale pour le salon super agréable et les 3 terrasses avec des expositions différentes. Tout est décoré avec goût. Labeaume est un très joli village et la maison est bien située pour découvrir l'Ardèche. Une location à recommander été comme hiver !!
