House of 65 m2, located along the bike path and facing the family beach watched the lake (on the other side of the street). Quiet accommodation in a walled and sunny garden.
Composition: 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob), bathroom with shower and toilet and bathroom adjoining a room with washbasin and WC, terrace overlooking the lake. 50 m, possibility of parking on the estate.

Maison charmante et idéalement située

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour les pieds dans le lac, à proximité immédiate de la forêt et de la mer. Les activités en bord de lac sont en nombre et il y en a pour tous les goûts (petits et grands). La maison est charmante et les prestations sont de très bonne qualité et l'équipement particulièrement bien fourni. La propriétaire qui vit à côté de la maison a été très sympathique et de bon conseil. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner dès que possible.

Tout bien dans les vacances d'été

La maison est optimale pur une famille avec deux enfants mais aussi pour 4 adultes. Le lac avec la plage (pelouse et sable) est directement en face à travers la route. Lacanau Plage avec ses animations et la mèr est à 6 km, bien accessible par des beaux pistes cyclables. Dans la maison il y a tout de quoi on a besoin. Une bouilloire électrique serait judicieuse. Et en surplus on a une terrasse couverte pour les repas. Pour toutes questions Francoise Gélibert était disponible à toute heure. Après 1050 km distance de l'Allemagne on avait des vacances dèjà la première soirée.

Des vacances reposantes entre lac et océan.

La situation du gîte, à proximité immédiate du lac, de la piste cyclable et non loin de l'océan, en fait un lieu de vacances particulièrement adapté pour les familles. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour avec nos deux jeunes enfants. La propriétaire qui vit à côté du gîte est très discrète et d'une grande gentillesse. Nous espérons revenir.

Gîte très agréable et idéalement situé

Cela fait 2 ans que nous louons ce gîte pour nos vacances d’été. Nous apprécions à la fois le logement et la proximité avec le lac. Les prestations sont de très bonne qualité.

Super séjour au calme et les pieds dans le lac

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce chalet. Une fois quelques précautions prises pour nos deux filles (3 et 1 an) nous avons pu profiter du calme du chalet. Les deux terrasses abritées nous ont permis de profiter de l’extérieur même quand il faisait moins beau. La proximité directe du lac est un gros plus. Le lac est presque une extension du jardin. Les lumières le soir sont magiques. Merci pour l’accueil !

Super endroit, bien au calme et en même temps proche du lac

Très bien placé, en retrait par rapport à la route et en même temps très proche du lac. Très bien pour notre enfant. Chalet bien aménagé. Presque tout est fourni (même draps et serviettes ce qui est particulièrement acceptable) ; juste une petite suggestion : quelques instruments de barbecue serait bienvenus Accueil agréable

trés agréable

Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage, direkt am See. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat eine schattige Terrasse. Die Kinder haben sich über das WIFI besonders gefreut. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, vor allem ausreichend Geschirr und Gläser und eine Spülmaschine. Familie Gélibert war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Es gab sogar einen Wäschewechsel, mit dem wir nicht gerechnet hatten. Sehr entspannte Ferien! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Merci beaucoup!

Des vacances parfaites

Un excellent accueil, une maison très agréable à vivre, parfaitement située à quelques pas de la jolie plage du MoutChic. La piste cyclable passe juste derrière la maison, très pratique pour aller à l'océan en 20/25 min de vélo sans aucune difficulté (pas de côtes). Situation ideale pour combiner plages de sable avec eaux calmes et parfaitement propre (pavillon bleu) et ocean. Sports nautiques à proximité, pain. Une note extra-ordinaire: le calme absolu, on peut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes sans aucun bruit (la maison est au fond du jardin en lisière de forêt). On finit donc rapidement par se réveiller à 10H du matin même en se couchant à 23H! Repos garanti.

Parfait

Petite maison très bien équipée, idéale pour une famille de quatre personnes voir cinq. Idéalement située en retrait de la route longeant le Lac (pas de nuisance sonore) et en bordure de la piste cyclable menant à Lacanau. Grand jardin tranquille et accueil charmant, nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable.
