Modern duplex near the sea
Modern duplex in a very quiet area while being close to the city center and shops on foot, with fitted kitchen, one bedroom for 2 people, mezzanine with 1 sleeping area and possibilities for 2 others max (good quality mattresses and a cot) extra). All comfort: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Internet, double glazing, shower, etc.
No animals on site nor accepted.
No student reservations accepted.
For organizational reasons, there are no bath towels on site. Please take yours on site, thank you in advance.
Keys are given on arrival as well as check-in and internal regulations. All accommodation information can be found in the blue folder on the living room table in English and French. For the instructions, everything is in both languages under the living room television :)
Documents on the city (map, tram schedule, ...) are available.
However, I ask to put them back (especially the plan, very hard to get) in their place when leaving.
Do not hesitate to ask me questions, I am quick in my answers and communicative.
