You will spend a great holiday in our pretty semi-detached house not overlooked with a lovely terrace facing the golf course.
On the ground floor you will find an entrance, a living room with a sofa bed, open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, a cabin bedroom with two bunk beds and a large bathroom with tub and toilet.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a shower room-WC. Cupboards in the bedrooms.
Basic WiFi included, Full access WiFi with supplement from Pierre et Vacances

Activities in the residence: you will have access to all the activities of the Pierre et Vacances Residence - 400 m2 swimming pool heated from April to September, bicycle rental, etc.
Activities nearby: 500 m away from the 9-hole UCPA and 18-hole Ardilouse golf courses, tennis courts and a casino. The beaches of Lacanau Océan are 3 kms away, the first beaches on Lac de Lacanau 4 kms away. Numerous cycle paths. Surfing, water skiing, paddle, canoe, parasailing etc

Vacance d'été.

Très bonne location. La maison est situé entre le lac et la plage centrale. Tout se fait à vélo facilement. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Les propriétaires nous ont laissé toutes les informations nécessaires concernant la maison et les activités extérieures. Nous emportons avec nous de très bons souvenirs. Merci.

We will be very happy to come back anytime

We had a wonderful time as a family (4 adults) and enjoyed our stay in the vacation home very much. The house is not huge, but offers enough space, all necessary things are available. The location is very quiet with a nice terrace. We had a lot of contact with the owners of the house before arrival. All open questions were answered quickly. Also during our stay we could contact the homeowners at any time. In the immediate vicinity, the large pool of the complex can be used free of charge. Bicycles can be rented nearby. The sea, the beach and the waves are simply a dream. It was our first, but certainly not last stay in Lacanau-Ocean. We will be very happy to come back. Thank you Anne and Laurent Jörg

Très jolie maisonnette de vacances, l'exposition est très agréable, la maison très propre avec une déco moderne , tout ce qu'il faut en vaisselle ,matériel, jeux de société.... Très agréable séjour en famille dans cette maison.

Agréable maison dans un site paisible

Nous avons passé une excellente quinzaine dans cette maison au sein du domaine du Golf. La maison était propre, agréable et remise en peinture avec goût récemment. Ses sanitaires et équipements étaient au point. De notre point de vue, un séjour légèrement étroit pour 6 personnes, dont 4 ados. Mais comme nous étions quasi toujours à l'extérieur cela ne s'est pas ressenti. La piscine conviviale du domaine est un plus rafraichissant, ainsi que la location de vélos sur le site et le parking à 20 mètres. Région formidable : océan pour le surf, le lac pour la voile, la forêt avec ses pistes cyclables, les tennis à proximité, et les restos à 10 min à vélo à Lacanau Océan : à chacun son activité... Il y a juste eu un couac avec la location des draps qui n'étaient pas sur site à l'arrivée, à 21h30 après 950 km de route encombrée. Heureusement la conciergerie nous a dépanné ;) avec le sourire. Ajouter la wifi serait apprécié. Nous recommandons cette location.

hübsches Haus in guter Lage, aber sehr schmutzig und lieblos

Wir haben Corona-bedingt sehr kurzfristig gebucht und sind bereits 3 Tage nach der Buchung angereist. Der Kontakt zu den Eigentümern vorab war recht gut, leider hat aber die Kommunikation unserer Anreise an die betreuende Person vor Ort nicht funktioniert. Das Haus war schlichtweg nicht vorbereitet, einen Anruf zur Schlüsselübergabe ist nicht erfolgt. Wir haben das dann vor Ort telefonisch mit dem Eigentümer klären müssen. Nach erster Sichtung bei der Übergabe war zunächst alles OK. Bei näherer Betrachtung mussten wir aber leider feststellen, dass nichts gereinigt war. Überall Spinnen und Spinnwegen in den Ecken, alles staubig und klebrig. Den Boden mochte man ohne Socken oder Schuhe nicht betreten. Diverse Brotreste unter dem Toaster, Kaffekapseln unter dem Schrank zeigten, dass eben keine Vorabreinigung stattgefunden hat. Die Terrasse war auch länger nicht gefegt. Das Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig, wir mussten erst alles durch den Geschirrspüler schicken. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Eigentümer hätten wir eine Reinigung bekommen können, aber erst am Montag (Anreise war am Freitag). Somit hätten wir aber nicht auspacken und nichts nutzen können. Daher habe wir uns am Samstag erstmal Reinigungsmaterial besorgt und den kompletten Samstag geputzt. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Eigentümer wurde uns die Erstattung der Endreinigung angeboten. Die berechtigte Frage nach der Rückerstattung einer Tagespauschale wurde abgelehnt. Der Eigentümer wurde jedoch über die Notwendigkeit unserer Reinigung am Samstag informiert und wir habe das durch Fotos belegt. Ansonsten ist sowohl das Haus, das Areal und der Ort recht schön. Corona-bedingt war es uns aber zumindest am Ende schon etwas zu voll. Der Strand ist aber wunderschön, das Wasser ebenfalls. Der Ort ist lebendig, schöne Geschäfte und auch Restaurants und Bars. Zumindest die Restaurants und Bars haben wir nicht genutzt. Falls Fragen zu Zustand des Hauses aufkommen. Wir haben sowohl diverse Fotos als auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer - somit sind unsere Aussagen komplett belegbar...
