The "Petite Briandière" is a 30 sqm house located in the Fontsainte district with access to the Bay of the Virgin and its beaches.
Air-conditioned and renovated to offer you a friendly and relaxing environment. It offers a nice volume with its high ceiling under roof and a neat decoration to comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people.

To guarantee your comfort and quality of service we have classified this property as a 2-star tourist furnished by an accredited organization. It also reduces the cost of the touristic tax.
Included in the rental: WIFI, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, bath towels, 1 space car park and your first consumables (coffee, toilet paper, garbage bag, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine capsules).
A deposit of 500€ will be requested by the host. For bookings of less than 2 weeks blocked on account, released at your exit. For bookings of more than 2 weeks, it will be cashed by credit card and refunded at the exit.
Pets are accepted subject to the owner’s acceptance.
Renovated and equipped with air conditioning, this house of about 30 sqm, offers a well-equipped kitchen open to a living room/stay that offers a very nice volume with its ceiling under roof.
There is also a bathroom (between 2 and 3 sqm) and an open mezzanine room in 30 sqm with a comfortable double bed. A curtain preserves the privacy of the room if needed. Note that the ceiling height of the mezzanine is slightly less than 1m70 at its high point.
The living room's convertible sofa can offer 2 additional beds.
The beautifully wooded garden is very nice with its terrace. It is also completely enclosed for your pet.
You can enjoy the shade under the pergola while tasting the grape from the garden when it's the season.
The property gives you access to all amenities and you will find free outdoor parking in front of the house.

Animals are accepted subject to acceptance by the owner.
It is not allowed to smoke inside the house.
The house cannot be rented to organize parties or events.
Arrival times: 4pm-7pm, departure time: 9am - 11am. In summer, the agency will define the time of provision of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.
The house is close to the La Ciotat tennis club. It only takes you two minutes to start a game.
The maximum height of the mezzanine ceiling is 1.70 m.
The neighbourhood
The house is at only 1,5 km by car of the beaches of the “bay of the virgin” which are easily accessible on foot in 15 mn by a path near the house.
You can intend to come by train up to the station of Ciotat and to join the house on foot.
You will find nearby a bakery, a pharmacy, a restaurant but also all the businesses in the nearby district, saint Jean's district.
The house is served by the bus (line 20) which can take you to the historical center.
After a few hours of lazy and savoury, you can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed «LE GOLFE D'AMOUR», but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and Calanque du Mugel, green island, beaches, circuit du Castellet, etc.
On or under the water, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, navigation, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun.
Guests can also resume their vehicle and take the opportunity to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, hike in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve, etc.
