Pelican Beach 2 bedroom 16th floor with Gulf Views

Fully renovated ocean front unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular panoramic views of the Emerald Coast. Large master suite with private bathroom, and Gulf view. 2nd bedroom with comfortable beds, and guest bath. Full kitchen.

Enjoy complimentary Cable, High Speed WiFi, beach chairs and umbrella included in the unit.

Breath taking gulf views from living room as well as master bedroom. Miles of white-sand beaches is right in front of you, just step out to the beach from the resort, no street to cross.

We provide our cell-phone, as well as our cleaners to our confirmed guests. We are also enrolled in the on-site maintenance program of our resort, so our guests will not experience any problems.

Pelican Beach is right on the beach with no streets to cross. Just walk out to the beach from the resort. It's conveniently located close to beautiful Destin attractions like Henderson Beach State Park, Big Kahuna Water Park, and many restaurants, shops and grocery stores are within walking distance.

Perfect Condo

Condo was exactly as described. Beautiful views from the 16th floor. Condo was stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Condo also has a great view of the sunset out the front door. Comfortable beds in both bedrooms. Host made check in easy and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful View and Comfortable Accommodations!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! We were caught in Storm Enzo during our visit to Destin and while it didn't turn out to be the vacation we had planned, the accommodations couldn't have been better. The views were phenomenal during the winter storm at the beach, and we felt at home while watching the snow fall.

Great condo for small family

Condo was exactly as pictured. Beach view from 16th floor was great. Second bedroom is fairly small but suited our needs. Communication with owner was fabulous and he made sure we had everything we needed.

When we arrived the check-in instructions were exactly as previously sent to us in an arrival email. Condo was clean & exactly as pictured. We had a fire alarm beeping one day and the host was very communicative/fast about getting it fixed. We would stay agian!

Great for Families

I stayed here with my daughter and her family which included my two grandbabies. This place had everything we needed. The owner checked on us a few times to see if we needed anything. Pelican Beach is a very popular resort in Destin with easy access to all major attractions. Its pools and its private beach, 24 hour frontdesk, professional staff including on-site maintenance make it ideal family vacation spot. Our unit is fully updated with high end appliances and furniture. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the beach and the gulf both from the living room as well as the master bedroom.
