Ground Level: This home features a large garage under the house with a beach wagon, beach chairs & kids beach toys as well as an extra refrigerator. The back of the ground level boasts a covered, under-the-home, sparkling, heated, private pool. Perfect for evenings, rainy days or after too much sun! The pool area includes an outdoor sectional, swing chair, sun loungers, a propane grill, and a large 65” Roku TV. Enjoy lounging in the pool looking out at a beautifully landscaped yard or enjoying your favorite sporting events/shows on the large TV!

Take the elevator from the ground floor up to any floor of the home.

First Floor: Features a secondary master bedroom with a KING bed, flat screen TV and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The gourmet kitchen features granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large island with 4 counter stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need for the week and a starter set of trash bags, detergent and paper towels. The living room and dining room are an open floor plan featuring 12 foot wide sliding glass doors that open up the first floor to a large, SCREENED IN porch with relaxing wooded views. The porch features two seating areas with a love seat with table and pouf chairs as well as a separate seating area with 2 chairs and a small table. It's a great area for relaxation, dining al fresco, card playing and more. The dining room table can accommodate a large crowd - with two 18” leaves (that can be stored inside the table) extends to 118”!

Second Floor: Getaway to your master bedroom with a luxurious KING bed featuring a high end foam mattress perfect for a great night's sleep or watching TV on your large flat screen TV. The romantic master bedroom features its own large, SCREENED IN porch with two lounging areas – one with a swing, the other with 2 chairs and a small table for enjoying morning coffee, reading or enjoying a private moment! The luxurious master bath is spa-like with robes, a large shower, frame-less shower door and dual vanities. Also, on the 2nd floor are two additional bedrooms. One is a QUEEN, with a tropical/coastal vibe and one is a KING decorated in a nautical theme. Both have large, flat screen TVs. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo. This floor also has a full size laundry room with over-sized washer and dryer.

Top Floor: Features a large bedroom with TWO QUEEN beds, a large flat screen TV and a relaxing sitting area with two swivel chairs. Also upstairs is a shared bathroom with walk-in shower. Finally, a place the kids will never want to leave...a large ocean-themed kids bedroom/playroom featuring 2 sets of FULL over FULL bunk beds with single trundles ( sleeps 10 kids), a foosball table, Arcade Game, play table for coloring and reading books, games, toys, a large flat screen TV and many other unique surprises in this fun retreat.

Golf Cart offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.

Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis.

Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach." Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
Folly Field Beach Park is well-known in local circles as a gorgeous, and very convenient, beach access point, and newcomers would do well to find this almost secretive spot for a fun day at the seashore. With a fantastic, close to the oceanfront locale, and all the little amenities beach-goers need for an extended afternoon or daylong stay, Folly Field Beach Park is a perfect example of Hilton Head Island's longstanding reputation as a gorgeous, and generally sparsely populated beach town.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest.
