Facing the large beach of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, this apartment offers a 180 ° panorama of the ocean. Its large balcony, protected by large windows, equipped with garden furniture, can be installed in any weather facing the sea. The 2 bedrooms (with double bed and 2x single beds) also have a private balcony. An additional bed is available in the common room, allowing to accommodate up to 6 people for a weekend with friends or family holidays. Refurbished with taste in a current style, the rental includes a floor type parquet, a bathroom with shower behind a glass panel, a bright open kitchen fully equipped. During your stay in this bright accommodation, you will discover nice decorative elements. For the whole family to come on vacation, your pet (small) is accepted in the apartment.
At the exit of the elevator, you just have to cross the embankment and here you are at the beach!

When you arrive by car or train to Saint Gilles, you will receive good addresses to enjoy the seaside resort. Anyway, you will logically want to watch the sun come down on the horizon, to relax on the large sandy beach a few steps, to borrow the embankment for long walks, to watch (or become) a surfer ! Restaurants and cafes are just a few steps from your rental but you can also test the establishments in the center of Saint Gilles 2km away. In the heart of the city and on the docks, colorful markets show local productions, entertainment is programmed near the terraces. Between Saint Jean de Monts and the Sables d'Olonne, you can practice various water activities, make cycling tours, hiking in the heart of varied landscapes, alternating rocky shores, dunes, pine forests, small ports and seaside villas. Vue vraiment imprenable sur la plage de St Gilles. Situation parfaite pour des vacances. Seul problème: le départ avec l'agence HOOMY était très désagréable (non respect de l'horaire convenu initialement, remarques injustifiées sur la propreté)

Emplacement magique avec une vue qui vous bluffe en permanence. Petit problème d’eau chaude en arrivant, très rapidement résolu grâce à la conciergerie. Parking pas toujours facile car beaucoup de monde en profite pour stationner et aller à la plage. Propreté correcte. Le wifi manque … Mette le wifi…

Superbe week end

Nous avons passé un superbe week end. L’emplacement est idéal pour les amoureux de la mer, la description et photos sont conformes au bien. La vue est exceptionnelle, on ne peut pas être plus près de la mer. Il y a plusieurs commerce au pied de l’appartement (en partie fermé hors saison mais il y a quand même des restaurants, salon de thé ouverts hors saison) L’accueil s’est très bien passé, communication facile et rapide. Merci à Raphael Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter !!

Superbe appartement tout confort! Une vue imprenable! Les restos et la plage juste en bas. Les chambres au calme Parfait pour 4 Et notre chien était le bienvenue. L’organisation de l’arrivée et du départ était parfaite. Saint Gilles croix de vie est une station très agréable avec plein de choses à faire même par mauvais temps Nous avons adoré Je recommande

Hormis que l'annonce met en avance une terrasse fermée et qui ne l'est pas, tout est parfait. Dommage que nous n'avons pas été prévenus que la terrasse n'était plus fermée

Appartement très bien situé et parfaitement équipé

L’appartement est très bien situé et parfaitement équipé. Il a une taille correcte et est très agréable, avec une vue exceptionnelle face à l’océan. Le seul bémol est la connexion, qui est très mauvaise du fait de la proximité de l’océan. La télé en perd ses chaines... Cet appartement mériterait d’être équipé d’une boxe wifi, heureusement les livres et jeux à disposition à l’appartement occupent les soirées plus longues du fait de l’actuel couvre feu. Je salue enfin notre concierge, Raphaël qui a été très réactif, disponible et arrangeant. Merci à lui !

Bel appartement calme avec une vue sur mer magnifique

Bel appartement bien agencé et bien situé au pied de la grande plage et des restaurants sans avoir pour autant de désagréments. La vue est magnifique et les repas en loggia sont très agréables pour le coup ! Points noirs : Attention aucun wifi dans l'appartement avec un réseau déplorable malheureusement. La plage horaire de départ est un peu courte je trouve et le service ménage a l'arrivée et au départ non clairement indiqués lors de la réservation et c'est fort dommage... du coup adieu gestes barrières et désinfection de l'appartement à chaque changement de locataires ... bizarre tout de même dans ces temps de Covid. Très laxiste sur ce sujet et c'est un problème. Nous étions avec un petit bébé et j'ai dû tout désinfecter et laver les sols à notre arrivée pas génial pour démarrer des vacances. Globalement je recommande cet appartement avec cependant un peu de logistique à revoir !!

L’équipe Hoomy a été parfaite, du moment de la réservation jusqu’au check out. Excellente communication, très bonne réactivité lorsque nous nous sommes interrogés des conditions de séjour en raison de la crise sanitaire, Etc. Excellent séjour

Appartement ancien mais joliment refait avec magnifique vue sur mer, au pied du remblai et avec accès direct au remblai. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour Dispose d'un Local à vélo ce qui est très pratique à St Gilles Literie excellente et très belle salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Agence de location Hoomy très bien. Bémols : pas de WiFi et au final un peu cher

Appartement avec vue imprenable et équipements neufs. Gros bémol sur le parking, tous les vacanciers se garent à cet endroit, on peut tourner pendant 1 heure sans trouver de place. La police municipale est omniprésente. Nous avons pris un pv alors que nous montions nos valises.....

Séjour bien trop court mais fort agréable . Logement au top, point de vue sur la mer exceptionnel, Très belle luminosité. Belle terrasse sans vis à vis. Appartement spacieux, excellente état et décoré avec goût. Emplacement idéal et parking non privatif en bas de l'appartement. Merci
