Coral Sands Beach House is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, for up to six persons, directly on a secluded ocean beach on Green Turtle Cay. The house also offers a one bedroom studio apartment on the ground floor which is available to rent as an optional 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom. The studio apartment is an additional $1050 per week and will not be rented separately.

There are two master bedrooms with views of the ocean, both have king beds and the third bedroom is furnished with twin beds (with an option to convert to a king). The house is designed with a complete modern kitchen, washer and dryer, satellite TV with a DVD player, wi-fi, and more. We have just added a standby generator to ensure their are no electric power interruptions.

The great room has two double French doors that are 8 feet high opening onto the front porch providing a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean. In addition, there are two double French doors on each side of the great room which open onto the screened side porches; this provides a panoramic view of the ocean from three sides.

RATES:
Standard rate is $4550 per week for the three bedroom two bath house for up to six persons
Fall Discount of $1000 in September, October and first two weeks of November.
$5000 per week for Christmas or New Years Week with a changeover date of December 26 or 27.
One week minimum for Christmas or New Years week with a changeover of Dec. 26 or 27.
Additional nights at standard rates can be added before Christmas week of after New Years week.
One bedroom studio apartment is $1050 per week.
Seven and eight person groups require studio rental.
Studio will not be rented separately.
One week minimum.
There are no additional cleaning or management fees.
10% Bahamian VAT Tax added to rate.
