Yours to enjoy, the entire separate top level of our upscale & beautifully updated home with a covered carport, private fenced back yard, including patio area. There's a BBQ & a private balcony overlooking the city with ample onsite parking in a quiet, convenient & safe neighborhood only minutes to downtown Vernon. We are less than a 10 minute walking distance to the hospital & less than a 10 min drive to Okanagan & Kalamalka lakes & 25 min drive to Silver Star & 30 min to Kelowna Int'l Airport. Guests will have their own private backyard and covered patio area with a BBQ as well as their own private front balcony with fantastic city and mountain views of Vernon and surrounding area. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and lots of closet space, plus one fold up rollaway cot if needed. In the bathroom, pamper yourself in the large soaker tub or in the gorgeous shower with a rainfall shower head and jets. For those with a culinary touch or desire, delight in a fully equipped gourmet kitchen complete with small appliances and cooking essentials. Enjoy the fantastic panoramic city view from the breakfast bar, dining table, living room or the large covered deck. There is air-conditioning, your own washer and dryer and the open concept living room has a large TV, WIFI, gas fireplace and large desk area. There is also a city bus stop nearby just around the corner. We are also located not far from the Vernon Jubilee Hospital and the Mission Hill Park.

Wonderful Family Holiday

A great place for entertaining family with everything we needed in the well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of the city lights and hills in the background. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood within walking distance to downtown. We had a wonderful stay!

Good 3 bedroom unit for family or friends travelling.

Property is close to downtown and has a wide driveway and large, covered car port. Nice view of downtown and sunrise is spectacular over the mountain. Little tricky to get into as the driveway is before the house. Hosts respond quickly to any enquiries. Great for our 3 man golf trip.

It’s of space, everything you need

We really enjoyed our stay in Vernon, the property is only minutes from Kal beach as well as downtown Vernon. It was spacious and clean, we would stay again.

As Described

Had a hockey tournament to play, and didnt want to stay in a hotel, restaurant food etc. Booked the hosue. Exactly as described, very clean, great layout, great kitchen, and great patio outside. Rent with confidence!

Lovely apartment with great view

This was our second visit to this property, and we'll be back again. The hosts are accommodating, and the house is great! We particularly enjoyed the balcony and its view of the whole valley.

Home away from home

Generally a great place. Had a few issues not getting hot water which was frustrating. Communicated with the manager and it will be looked at. Fireplace wouldn't light or stay lit until I figured it out. Challenging managing 1 bathroom with 5 people (2 teenage girls), but we knew that before we booked.

Exceptional experience

This is a great base for visiting the North Okanagan. The suite is spacious, well laid out, and has every amenity. The view in the kitchen/dining/living area is amazing with a long wall of floor to ceiling windows. We were here for several days of wedding related activities, and couldn’t be happier with this rental. We were able to take walks in the neighbourhood on the cooler days, and walked to pickup good takeout pizza from Jim’s a short distance away. It’s also a great location for downtown, and close to many good restaurants and nearby attractions such as Kal Beach (the wedding was held in Coldstream), the Allan Brooks Nature Centre (with fantastic 360 degree views of the surrounding area), and a serene and uncrowded Paddlewheel Park and Beach in Okanagan Landing. It’s also close to many spectacular wineries in Lake Country. We apppreciated having a large television to watch the Jays vs Orioles series too! Our hosts were prompt to advise us of some brief maintenance that had to take place during our stay; we were kept well informed of what to expect. All in all, a great experience here. We highly recommend this place, one of the best rentals we’ve experienced.

Excellent location and house for our needs..would definitely stay again!!

Upon arrival we went to the wrong door driveway to access the upstairs that we rented. Contacted the owner to locate the keys, once we found the correct drive way and door entrance we were good to go. The owner was great to reply to any questions we had. A small guest booklet with a Wi-Fi password, or info how to leave the home condition would have been helpful. But we have rented vrbo before and had a good idea. Great clean awesome place! Appreciated the beach food cooler and fantastic outdoor private back yard entertaining space! Thanks so much for a great place to stay! We would not hesitate to book this house again.

Wedding Weekend Head quarters

Our Daughter got married in Vernon this past weekend. We rented this property and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. From the parking, to the large table, the covered carport and deck -our only critic is we could have used another bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet in the evening and nighttime - you do hear the ambulances during the day. The house was clean and very well equipped. We will stay again if the opportunity arises .

Wedding day

We rented this property to stay while our daughter got married. There was lots of room for all the bridesmaids to get ready day of the wedding and wonderful daylight streaming through the big windows. Awesome house

This house was outfitted with more items than actually listed. Two disappointments were the hot water at the bathroom sink and I found the thermostat for the furnace to be lacking. However the hosts were so great, the house outstanding in location and amenities were more than you would expect. For us the location was key. I would definitely go back. Thank you for the stay.

Fantastic Views and Home

This home has great views and a large deck. There are multiple sliding doors to access the deck. There is a back yard patio with BBQ. The house includes everything you could require. There was lots of room for everyone to spread out. It was very clean. Interaction with the host was quick and easy. I hope to stay here again.

Vernon Stay

Home was clean and well kept. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with many daily items available for use. Centrally located on a hill with a nice view of the city and surrounding area. Property manager was helpful, with communication clear. Only one bathroom available which requires some patients. I would definitely rent this property again.
