2 bedroom 1 bathroom upstairs suite set on a treed lot on Pender Island. This rental is a simple and quaint upper level suite of a two level house and is available for 30 night minimum stays. The owner and caretaker lives below. There are separate driveways and parking areas.

The rental is suitable for people looking for an affordable and quiet month or two away from the city, seasonal workers, locals who are in between housing, or have family visiting for an extended period. It is not a fancy vacation rental, but it is comfortable, clean, and has everything you need for daily living.

The VRBO suite requires no stairs and is accessible via a paved path from the gravel driveway. There is parking space for two vehicles. No pets and no smoking inside or outside.

The suite features hardwood floors, an open concept kitchen, dining and living room, and a wood burning fireplace. It also has an energy efficient electric heat pump which can also act as an airconditioner on warmer days. Hydro and wifi are included in the monthly rent, but firewood is not.

The house is south-facing and enjoys sun streaming in the windows all day. There is a large deck and glass sliding doors that allow easy access to enjoy the deck and patio furniture.

There are many beaches and hiking trails near to the house and you can enjoy them year round with our mild climate. Pender Island also boasts a world famous disc golf course as well as a traditional nine hole golf course. Both of which are open year round.
