Clean well arranged appartement

There is no real view outside, and the appartment is facing north and east. In the heat quite cool, that is an advantage. Close to the harbour and shopping streets / restaurants.

Très bien

Accueil très agréable. À deux pas du port de plaisance et 20 minutes à pied du centre de Douarnenez. Le GR 34 est à proximité. L'appartement est très propre, calme et les commerces proches . Idéal pour découvrir la côte Bretonne.

super emplacement

Près de tout, la plage, le marché, etc... Un peu petit et manque de petites choses pour l'arrivée comme du sel, du poivre, etc... On a du aussi se racheter un couteau d'office et un couteau à pain. Mais Treboul est vraiment chouette pour passer des vacances.

Douarnenez, ja eh😉

Wohnung und Aufenthalt waren super. Nur das Finden am Anfang war schwer, weil wir keine Hausnummer hatten. Sonst klasse zum Wandern, Radeln und Baden plus Schöne kulturelle Geschichten, auch in der Umgebung: z.B. Pont-Aven oder Quimper.

Très bon emplacement Studio très propre Mais il manque des précisions: logement au deuxième étage / proposer du linge de maison Je pense qu un étendoir à linge plus grand serait adapté pour un séjour long comme le nôtre Très bon accueil et grande disponibilité

Logement très agréable

Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter les alentours, c'est très propre et très calme, de la place pour se garer à 50m, il est bien prévu avec l'essentiel, la propriétaire est de bons conseils, réactive, je ne peux que recommander cette location.

Schöner Ausgangspunkt für den Südwesten der Bretagne

Zur Info: Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden gegen zusätzliches Entgelt zur Verfügung gestellt. Geschirrtücher hatten wir nicht geordert, dementsprechend würden diese vermutlich zusätzlich berechnet. Die Endreinigung, die wir vor Ort mitgebucht haben, kostete zusätzlich. Aber die Wohnung war trotzdem preisgünstig und funktional. Wir waren soweit sehr zufrieden. Die Lage im Ort war sehr angenehm, zu Fuß zum Bäcker keine 5 Minuten und die Strände sind auch fußläufig. Douarnenez bzw. der Ortsteil Tréboul ist auch strategisch super gelegen um den Südwesten zu erkunden.

studio idéalement situé

Quartier très calme à deux pas des commerces et du port de plaisance,un bémol à ne pas négliger:le studio est au 2ème étage sans ascenceur(pas précisé sur l'annonce),un réverbère qui illumine la pièce toute la nuit par la fenêtre de la cuisine qui n'a pas de volet! Ceci dit,pour le tarif ç'était correct

Noch ausbaufähig

Die Lage an sich in der Stadt ist gut. Es gibt eine klasse Bäckerei direkt um die Ecke. Die Vermieterin war freundlich. Die Straße ist allerdings super eng. Weder mit Fahrrad noch mit Auto gut zu erreichen. Keine Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Räder, kein Parkplatz. Das Treppenhaus ist super eng. Mit großen Koffern könnte es schwierig werden. Das Appartement ist für eine Woche doch etwas klein. Es gab keine Garderobe für Jacken oder Schuhe. In der Küche fehlte es an scharfen Messern oder einem richtigen Schäler um anständig ein Abendessen vorbereiten zu können. Auch sonst war die ganze Ausstattung sehr mager. Der Herd ist sehr eng, mit 2 Töpfen war es schon schwierig. Es gab keine Tassen. Es waren keine Geschirrhandtücher da, keine Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern. Im Bad war kein Toilettenpapier, das mussten wir erstmal selbst kaufen. Die Beschreibung im Internet gibt nicht wirklich viel her. Man weiß zur Ausstattung so gut wie garnichts.

En baie de Douarnenez.

Le studio a répondu à mes attentes du moment. Propre, calme. Bien situé aux abords du port de plaisance, marché, magasin bio, cafés, restaurants. De belles ballades à faire en bord de mer. Thalasso à proximité. Je ne saurai que le conseiller vu son rapport qualité prix.
