Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, induction hob, small fridge / freezer, oven / microwave; Flat screen TV, table 4 pers; bathroom with walk-in shower; Separate WC. Washing machine.
Everything is done on foot, 2 minutes: beach, coastal road, Socoa maritime shuttle and port of St Jean de Luz, bakeries, shops, pedestrian street, supermarket, restaurants.
Place Louis IV and the port are 10 minutes walk, either along the seaside promenade along the wide beach or along the pedestrian street Gambetta.
Free parking in the immediate vicinity. No parking.
