The location is ideal as it is 10 minutes walk to the beach from where the shuttle boat to Fort de France. Shops (supermarket, bookshop, tobacco, clothing, souvenirs, service station) are on the beach and small restaurants are located on the beach.
Private rented apartment in the absence of the owners located on the 1st floor of a building with 3 apartments.
