Superbe appartement

Très bien situé Intramuros. L'appartement est plus que complet. Litterie confortable sdb impeccable, tout est parfait. Juste le hall d'entrée qui sent un peu l’humidité. Et en plus carte parking. Merci pour tout.David

Très bel appartement en plein Intra-Muros. Tous commerces à proximité. Et la carte de parking, situé à l'entrée de la Citée, est un vrai plus. Tout est conforme à l'annonce.

Une pépite au cœur de la cité ! Quel bonheur d être intra-muros sans ce soucier de la voiture grâce au parking On était une famille de quatre et on s est régalé dans ce logement. Merci encore !

Agréable séjour

Appartement décoré avec goût, très propre et très bien agencé. Sa situation dans l’intra muros est idéal pour découvrir la ville , toutes les commodités sont à 5 min à pieds et pour les fans de BD qui font le salon quai des bulles à seulement 5 min à pieds. La place de parking est un vrai plus car pas facile de se garer sinon.

Super Urlaub gehabt

Ausstattung der Wohnung war wie Zuhause, sehr gute Lage, sehr schöne Stadt, Schlüsselübergabe profesionell gelöst, Stellplatz In der Garage war auch OK. Deutsche TV Programme haben wir vermisst. Die Dreizimmerwohnung ist wirklich für 4-5 Personen geeignet. Wir haben super Urlaub gehabt.

Nice apartment in great location. Parking process very useful

Nice flat, great central location, perfect for 3 generations and varying needs and mobility. Although we caught the noise of a midsummer Friday night revelry. Really useful to have parking, and excellent comms with the owner.

Beautiful well placed apartment

Inside the city walls, close to all amenities and easy to find. Well equipped for two adults and two teenagers. Some street noise late at night but can be expected given the excellent location. Already recommended to friends!

Logement de qualité

Logement très bien situé pour découvrir Saint Malo intra muros. A 5 min d'une des portes du rempart. Appartement spacieux, mobilier complet, livret avec de bonnes adresses pour découvrir la ville et Parking compris. Nous n'avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour. Parfait pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.

Mittendrin und angenehm

Größe Wohnung für 4 Personen geeignet. Parkplatz im nähe gelegenen Parkhaus ist inklusiv, da kaum freie öffentliche Parkplätze verfügbar. Tolle Stadt und sehr angenehme Wohnung. Alles super.

Parfait pour découvrir Saint-Malo à pied en famille

Appartement agréable, pratique et spacieux, bien situé pour visiter à pied. Un peu de bruit dans la rue, mais pas dérangeant si on ferme les fenêtres. Parking sous-terrain à proximité.

I Want To Love It

The apartment was perfect for myself and 2 grown children. We were rarely in it but enjoyed the extra room and beds. The only issue we had was there was no toilet paper. We arrived late Easter Sunday so stores were closed. I contacted the manager who told me he would bring some Monday morning. There was also no coffee. Lupinno told me this has never happened before but would be sure coffee and toilet paper would arrive. (Neither one ever did). Other than the above everything was excellent and would love to stay there again. We especially loved the location, availability to do laundry, felt very secure, bathroom was updated and very nice and the decor was warm and welcoming.

Bel appartement, très bien équipé, beaucoup de rangements et facile à vivre en famille. Accueil agréable, Literie confortable et le gros gros plus : la place de parking ! Le luxe intra-muros.

Quiet, spacious retreat

This apartment is bright, airy, spacious and well equipped; in summary, it is exceedingly comfortable. It is also well located in the Intra Muros. As it is on the fringe of the noise and crowds of the main tourist areas , it is both convenient and quiet. As others have noted, there is a steep winding staircase up one floor to the apartment but it is well lit and has a sturdy handrail. Be aware that the keys need to be picked up at a location that is about a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. We found this a little inconvenient after a long day of travel. However, overall, this is a marvellous apartment that we highly recommend.
