Ground floor: Living room with sofa (sleeping possibility for one person) and television (French and German channels), kitchenette with ceramic hob, top fridge, electric coffee machine, microwave, bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs: two single beds (90x190) that can be made into a double bed, a futon (sleeping accommodation for 2 people).

Situated halfway between Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan, Les Ayguades with its natural landscape is highly appreciated for its calm, its pond and its large fine sandy beach.
The pond offers the possibility to practise many water sports and the calm waters means it's ideal for the beginners. Close to the seaside resorts of Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan (accessible by a cycle track) it is easy to enjoy of the cultural and sporting activities proposed by these towns.
