Rio Vista- Amazing Mountain & River Views Overlooking Beavers Bend! Private!
From the moment you turn off Hwy 259A into the Cordillera subdivision, your beautiful journey will begin to Rio Vista. From the winding road up the mountain to the stunning views of beautiful Broken Bow Lake, there is not another area like it in Hochatown. Colorado views right here in southeast Oklahoma! When you arrive at Rio Vista, you will find it waiting for you on the mountaintop on 3 acres. When you walk onto the porch the first thing will notice is the unbelievable view, it will almost seem surreal. You will hear the sound of Mountain Fork River flowing below.
The cabin and décor were inspired by Ralph Lauren's Double RL Ranch located in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. When you enter the living room you will again be taken aback by the spectacular mountain view of the Quachita Mountains. It feels as if you are viewing a framed mountain painting. The living room and kitchen are an open concept. The focal point of the area is a massive real rock fireplace. You definitely get a warm lodge feel with the fireplace, furnishings and chinked walls. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. You can enjoy watching TV that is hidden in the cabinets while cooking. The dining table will seat 10 and the bar has 4 bar stools.
Mountain Views can be enjoyed from all rooms of the cabin. You can see the beautiful rock bluff and the river in the distance year round from certain areas of the cabin. When the leaves fall you can see much of the river below.
The game room has a pool table and sitting areas to play games. There is a tv in this room also. There are barn doors to separate this room from the living room. You access the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms from this room.
The King master bedroom and bath are downstairs. While relaxing in the copper pedestal tub you can enjoy the mountain-view. You can also enjoy the same view from the beautiful glass top travertine shower. His and her sinks, granite counter tops and walk in closet compliment this bathroom.
There are different mountain views from every bedroom of this cabin. The upstairs King bedrooms give you an old west feeling from the wood plank floors and dark ceilings and trim to the metal bed frames with antique nightstands. There are two bedrooms on each end of the cabin and two full baths. There is also an open loft upstairs with a couch that makes into a bed and beanbag sitting area.
Whether it is sitting around the outdoor fire pit, lounging in the hot tub, or sitting at one of the various outdoor lounging areas you can enjoy the phenomenal view!
There is a sound system that is connected to the living room, kitchen, game room and out door hot tub.
We offer smart tvs in the living room, game room, and in each bedroom. You are free to login to the streaming service of you choice with your own login.
SIDE NOTE: We do have the porch on the view side completely railed off with a gate that goes to the fire pit. We have put a rock barrier on the edge by the fire pit. We recommend for your safety to stay off the boulder rock barrier.
OUTDOOR SURVEILLANCE cameras are located at both main entrances of the house pointed towards the parking area.

From beginning to end, this place was fantastic! The check-in and communication was seamless and easy. I cannot say enough good things about the cabin. My husband and I brought our nieces and nephews on a long weekend get-away trip for spring break. Everyone loved it. We will definitely be returning in the near future. The host was awesome as well! It was an overall excellent experience.
forgot how fantastic and comfortable this home was. we certainly enjoyed our stay and we had great communications with Toni. we were lucky enough to have a bit of snow on the ground, the fire pit and bright night sky were amazing. the group agreed b4 we departed we would like to have a third stay very soon.. thanks and looking forward to another stratifying time.
Home is absolutely beaitiful. Plenty of room for 11 folks. Love the upstairs balconies. Love being secluded. We come to Broken Bow about 2x a year, have been doing this for abiut 7 years now..and this cabin is one of our top 5 favorites. Highly reccomend
This trip was with my 3 girls ages 5-2, my pregnant wife, sister in law and parents. It was one of the most relaxing and easy vacations with the family we have had in a while. Highly recommend for families.
This cabin is perfect! Very nice, clean and the property management/communication is top notch! We came here for a company retreat and we couldn't have asked for a better experience for our team. We will definitely return with our family.
Overall beautiful and very secluded, we all had a family time blast! The views were breathtaking and we all enjoyed having pool, cornhole and 4 in a row tournaments and taking turns in the hottub. Two Board Girls was delivered to our cabin 2x and we were so happy we didnt have to leave....until we did. Thank you, we didnt want to leave lol
We loved every second of our stay. When we walked in the door it was bursting with Christmas cheer. Every television had Christmas something on it. Pretty tree. Homey. Clean. We will def Girly be back.
The cabin was absolutely amazing! The views were spectacular and the property had everything we needed plus more. The check-in process was easy and the property manager was very helpful. We can't wait to return!
our family of eight had a great time in this beautiful home. If we had the opportunity to change anything, not a single thing could we think of. We have had the pleasure of staying in several Park homes, Rio Vista is our favorite.
The fire pit, spa and fireplace were special as our weather was perfect. Thank you to the home owner for sharing your home with our family.
This house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. Located very convenient to the park and town, but remote enough that we feel secluded. Plus an amazing view. It had all the amenities we needed! Super comfy king beds!
Had a great experience. The property was exactly as advertised. Checking in and out were easy. My entire family (ages 7- 75) enjoyed their stay. Great views and the drive up the hill was not bad at all. Short drives into town or into the park. Would stay again.
It was exactly as advertised. Everything exceeded all expectations!!!! Just to name a few things ….Looking out over the forest, sitting in the hot tub, cooking together in the wonderful kitchen, everyone had their own room and space, playing games and pool. We didn’t want to leave, but we will be back.
It was the perfect place for our family. Our daughter & her fiancé opted to skip a big wedding and opt for a place with a view. We planned to find somewhere when we got there. It turned out to have a perfect place there at the house. It was beautiful intimate ceremony of just them his parents & sister and her parents & sister. Perfect for what they were looking for. Hopefully we can go back for their anniversary in years to come. The view is beautiful, the house is beautiful and big! Everyone had fun playing pool and the table was large enough to fit everyone together. Love it!
The house was beautiful, clean and just as pictured. We had a couples trip and everyone enjoyed the stay. The only small thing would be leaving a broom out for clean up. No major complaints or issues. Would love to stay again.
We have stayed in broken bow many times, this Is my favorite cabin so far!! The views are amazing! The sounds of the river so calming we can't wait to be back! We have six loud kids and have stayed in cabins where all you hear is the kids running upstairs. This one was so different all six kids stayed upstairs and even with their running we heard absolutely nothing and slept great which is a huge plus! I have nothing bad to say about this beautiful home
I don’t even want to tell you how amazing it was. We have been going up to Broken Bow for the last 4 years. All the cabins have been great, but this one surpassed them all. It was within the park and truly up on a vista. We enjoyed our time immensely, fished, laughed, cooked, hot tubbed, and did a gender reveal to make it the perfect weekend. A big thank you to our hosts.
Beautiful home with amazing view. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking for large group. Mattresses and bedding was extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
