RED TOUCH is a nice studio located in the heart of Nice on the pedestrian zone just seconds from the beaches.
Decorated in a colorful way with some touches of red that give vitality to the apartment you will appreciate its warm side.
You will be seduced by the friendly and lively atmosphere of the famous pedestrian zone.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it benefits from a free WIFI connection by fiber optic as well as air conditioning.
You will be ideally located in the heart of the Golden Square, close to the sea and the Promenade des Anglais.
You will find at the foot of the building many restaurants and shops as well as all the local stores (supermarket, bakery, butcher ...).
In just 5 minutes reach Place Masséna and Old Nice to enjoy the Cour Saleya market or to eat local specialties such as Socca.

The living room consists of a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat screen television, a coffee table, a dining table as well as air conditioning and a safe.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker.
There is also a washing machine.
BATHROOM :
The bathroom has a nice shower, a hairdryer, a towel holder and a toilet.
