Schöne Wohnung in optimaler Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt ruhig und dennoch ist alles (Strand, Restaurants, Markt...) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Location très bien située avec une place de parking ce qui est appréciable durant la période estivale. Le logement est conforme à la description. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le coin extérieur est agréable. Nous remercions nos hôtes pour leurs petits cadeaux d'accueil.

Ideal pour apprécier les atouts de La Baule, location proche de la plage, du centre ville et au milieu des belles villas. Le plus, l'exterieur pour son salon de hardin, son exposition sud ouest et le bbq.

Emplacement parfait

La maison est très bien placée, à proximité de la plage et de l’avenue du générale de gaule, tout se fait à pied. Confortable pour une famille de 4 avec deux enfants. Notre fille est allée au Club des dauphins sur la plage. Le plus la terrasse totalement fermée et le mobilier du jardin au top.

Séjour au coeur de la Baule proche tous commerces et plage.

L'appartement occupe tous le rez de chaussée de la maison offrant une totale indépendance, proche de tous commerces et de la plage. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et la distribution des pièces est idéale, pour un couple avec deux enfants. Nous avons passé une semaine au calme et avons apprécié nos déplacements sans voiture.

Un appartement agréable comme une maison près de la plage

L'appartement de Jérôme est Caroline est spacieux, joliment aménagé, très bien équipé et merveilleusement bien placé. Un rdc avec son patio était idéal pour ma maman qui a un peu de mal à se déplacer. Le joli patio nous a permis de profiter du beau temps en mangeant dehors. La proximité de la plage à moins de 5 minutes, et de la De Gaulle facilitent le séjour sans voiture. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Anne-Sophie en charge de la conciergerie. Le petit plus, ce kit de produits d'entretien et de fond d'épicerie bien pratique et qui évite de tout racheter. Un grand merci encore pour ce belle semaine de vacances. Je recommande chaleureusement !

Facilities

We arrived on Saturday 25 June 2022, the property was reasonably clean, we discovered the parasol was broken, it took 5 days for owners to supply replacement, even though they admitted that last renters broke it. The oven is a microwave, the property management team didn’t know how to work, “jet “ setting. They had 2 page list of rules but written in French. TV only French channels. Crockery chipped and mis matched, 3 champagne flutes, one chipped were the only wine glasses. Electric bbq, wasn’t provided as stated, management company came but it didn’t work and no replacement supplied. Double bed is actually 2 single bed bases with king size mattress, therefore our bedding didn’t fit. Owners response abrupt and unhelpful, informing us that management company would solve our problems but management company had not received authorisation to provide parasol, bbq or wine etc. Building work in adjacent properties and weekend party house across the road, disturbing sleep. The shower is good and modern and property situation close to town, beach and restaurants, those are the only positive experiences we had. Thank you to Anne Sophie and her colleagues but they did not have the financial authority to solve the problems we encountered. Would we recommend this property, definitely not!!

Logement très agréable

Le logement est très bien placé, à équi-distance entre la mer et le centre-ville. Il est bien équipé et dispose d'une place de parking, ce qui est très important à La Baule. L'espace extérieur est très bien et appréciable quand le soleil est de la partie.

Tres bien

La location correspond aux photos, elle est très bien équipée, attention les draps ne sont pas fournis. Elle est idéalement située pour tout faire à pied. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Un bémol pour la jeune femme de la conciergerie, qui étant pressée nous a quasiment mis dehors, pas très grave mais pas très agréable non plus.

Super séjour

Nous avons séjourné durant 2 semaines à la Baule, et cela s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est exactement comme sur les photos, accès à la plage en 5 min et le centre ville de la Baule à 5min à pied également.
