Apartment of 75m2 with terrace and garden in the downtown of Erbalunga, very quiet, at 30m of the beach by feet.
Discover the typical village of Erbalunga, with his picturesque alleys, the open-air theater, any convenience stores (bakery, pharmacy, post office, minimarket, tobaccos) and of every type of restoration.
Called " the nest of painters ", this harbour village inspired a lot of corsican painters come to immortalize it in the 60s.
For sportsmen, a fitness trail is situated very close, tennis court, play area for children … Situated to 9 km of Bastia, a bus makes six rotations to Bastia per day (3 rotations in the morning and 3 rotations in the afternoon).

Casa Estel Rose - Erbalunga

très déçus du logement où il n'y avait que le strict nécessaire. Le jardin et la terrasse laissés à l'abandon ne favorise pas à mettre en valeur le logement. Heureusement que nous étions les seuls locataires dans cette maison car la proximité des logements doit être pénible à supporter. Toutefois, Olivia (le contact sur place) est adorable et réactive.

Tolle Lage, Wohnung ungepflegt

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt: wenige Meter zum Supermarkt, Apotheke, Cafe und Restaurants. Auch der öffentliche Strand ist in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar. Ideal auch für Familie mit Kindern. Die Wohnung ist allerdings schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, schmutzige Wände, Spinnweben und leider auch Geruch nach Schimmel. Der Staubsauger funktionierte nicht, wir haben aber Besen u Wischtuch bekommen. Generell habe ich mir die Wohnung sauberer vorgestellt. Es gab leider keine Teppiche, auch nicht im Bad. Etwas mehr Geschirr wäre toll. Die Boden der Terrasse war schmutzig.

Erbalunga ist einen Besuch wert

Die Ferienwohnung war ok, alles da was man braucht. Die Betreuung war ok und hat sich um alles sehr schnell gekümmert. Erbalunga bietet schöne und gute Restaurants. Man kann nicht in allen mit Karte bezahlen, aber der Geldautomat ist in der Hauptstrasse gelegen und auch zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt einen Supermarkt und mehrere kleine Geschäfte. Der Strand ist ein kleiner Kiesstrand, aber wer mehr will kann richtung Bastia einen sehr schönen Strand besuchen mit Beachlokal und Strandliegen, die für 9 € am Tag vermietet werden. Die Gegend ist nicht so überlaufen wie Calvi oder andere Hotspots. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Bien situé et fonctionnel

Appartement dans Erbalunga très proche de la mer (2 minutes seulement) proche du petit port . Seul petit hic, les chambres donnent côté route, (les fenêtres fermées c’est bien insonorisé ). Petit espace privé devant l’appartement dans la verdure pour profiter de l’extérieure en toute tranquillité. C’est la deuxième fois que nous louons cet appartement .

Bien

Appartement très bien situé au cœur du village et à deux pas de la plage. Spacieux et propre. Il manque néanmoins une table et des chaises à l'intérieur car la terrasse extérieure n'est pas protégée de la pluie (et oui nous avons eu un peu de pluie) D'autre part, la plage est de cailloux assez difficile avec les pieds nus (prévoir des chaussons). Il y est ensuite très agréable de s'y baigner

Bien situé

Rez de jardin sympathiquement aménagé, un peu de vis à vis avec le rez de jardin mitoyen. Les chambres donnent coté rue (un peu bruyant mais les fenêtres sont bien insonorisées). Le coté plus de cet appartement c'est la proximité de la plage à 30 mètres et proche du centre ville. Tout se fait à pied et ça c'est sympa quand on ne veut pas prendre sa voiture. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable.
