superbe vue, escalier impressionnant

Le propriétaire est adorable, mais nous n'avons jamais vu Anna, la personne sur place qui le représente. L'appartement est en haut, se garer aux alentours est extrêmement difficile même pour décharger les bagages. Après, il faut monter un escalier bonifacien, étroit et très raide, avec une corde pour rampe. L'appartement est petit, peu de place pour ranger ses affaires mais la vue est somptueuse. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas climatisé, et le ventilateur était HS. Sinon, bien équipé ( LL, LV) literie propre et confortable.

Appartement agréable idéalement situé

Appartement conforme à l’annonce, nous avons été très bien reçus. Parfaitement situé au cœur de la ville haute de Bonifacio. Nombreux restaurants, cafés et attractions à proximité!

un appartement qui a une ame , on s'y installe avec la sensation d'etre chez soi meme si aucune des ruelles de Bonifaziu n'a echappé a mes courses enfantines A revivre avec plaisir

Cosy, très sympa avec vue géniale

Appartement dans la vieille ville idéalement placé. L' escalier menant à l'appartement peu effrayer(très raide et vétuste) mais une fois la porte franchie vous vous retrouvez dans un appartement plein de charme avec tout ce qu'il faut (voir plus, les placards étaient plein de victuailles). Manque juste un micro-ondes mais là encore cela fait le charme du lieu. Le propriétaire est cordial et prévenant. Le top !

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts, alles ist sauber. Die Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Landschaft incl. der Berge am Horizont ist toll. Die sehr steile Treppe ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, für kleine Kinder oder Haustiere kann sie schwierig sein. Im unteren Teil wäre ein Handlauf an der Wand hilfreich. (Die Parkplätze in Bonifaccio sind horrend teuer, möglichst sofort ein Anwohner-Ticket für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes erwerben!)

Bel appartement avec toutes les commodités necessaires

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Le lieu était très propre quand nous sommes arrivés, ce qui est appréciable. Le salon est conviviale et la cuisine dispose de tous les ustensiles. La literie de la chambre est très confortable. Concernant la situation de l'appartement, il est perché dans le charmant quartier de la citadelle. Il faudra donc grimper un petit peu pour y accéder, mais la vue sur le port en vaut la chandelle. Les différents parkings vous donneront accès assez facilement à l'appartement. Je ne peux donc que recommander ce logement.

que du bonheur !!

Nous avons passé une semaine avec ma fille dans de très bonnes conditions de logement et de lieux. Vue splendide de l'appartement, nous avons pu nous plonger dans la vie quotidienne des bonifaciens grâce à la proximité. Nous reviendrons très certainement !

citadelle et vue imprenables

au 3 ème étage sans ascenseur, mais avec des échelles de meunier, un bel appartement réhabilité récemment, hyper fonctionnel. avec une très belle vue sur le port de plaisance et son va et vient des yachts de rêve.

Une vue superbe depuis un appartement au top

Nous avons passé deux semaines inoubliables : au réveil et le soir une vue magnifique sur la baie de Bonifacio et sur ses bateaux, cela depuis un appartement très bien équipé et propre. A cela s'ajoute la gentillesse du propriétaire et de la dame qui nous a accueillis. Les escaliers (raides !) sont vite oubliés quand on découvre les ruelles pleines de charme de la vieille ville. Les commerces sont a proximité et les Corses sont très sympathiques. Adresse à recommander.

Au top!!!!!

Vous cherchez l'appart idéal sur Bonifacio et bien ne cherchez plus vous l'avez trouvé!! Son emplacement est idéal, à 2 pas des commerces et restaurants. Il est lumineux, très propre, très bien équipé et très beau! Maintenant parlons de la vue!!!! un enchantement!!! Vue sur le port avec le balai incessant des yachts, à la tombée de la nuit le ciel est superbe!!! Encore un grand merci à Mr Brondel, le propriétaire, pour sa gentillesse et sa bonne humeur lors de tous nos contacts! Je conseille vivement cet appartement si vous voulez passer d'excellentes vacances au sein même de la très belle citadelle de Bonifacio! Nous y retournerons...

Appartement très agréable

Appartement très agréable. L'escalier pour y accéder est sportif au même titre que tout les autres de Bonifaccio!^^ Sa situation au dernier étage offre une vue superbe sur le port et apporte de la fraîcheur dès qu'il y a une petite brise. La personne s'occupant des clefs à été très agréable et facile à joindre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Conveniently located in the old town

Laurent's apartment is well set up and a nice surprise once you negotiate the vertical stairs from the street! It is compact but has everything needed except linen. We asked for some and sheets were provided but unfortunately no towels or other clean tea towels etc. The apartment has been cleverly renovated and has a great view from the single opening window. It is best to hold your breath as you climb the stairs because they smell pretty bad. Once inside all is good. We really enjoyed our stay in Bonifacio. We didn't meet Laurent but Celine met us to let us into the apartment. Parking is a real problem. Laurent rang to check on us and he was very helpful to us non-French speakers. The car parks are expensive and the only free ones are at the bottom of the hill on the roads leading into Bonifacio. We were really lucky to find free parks in the three slots outside the cemetery - a good hint for anyone as we didn't come across anyone monitoring these parking spots. Otherwise car park three is the closest to the apartment and believe Laurent when he says not to bring a suitcase - everyday was a good workout for the thighs and calves! We very much enjoyed the five days we spent in Bonifacio. It is a good base for exploring the area (if you can park your car) and we recommend Plage du Petit Sperone - it is idyllic and well worth the easy walk to get to it. Thanks Laurent!

Appartement recommandé +++

Nous avons passé une semaine en juin 2016 dans cet appartement. Il est vraiment conforme à la réalité. Nous avons trouvé un logement très propre et très complet. L'emplacement est idéalement situé dans la citadelle. Nous recommandons ce logement sans problème. Nous y retournerons certainement ! Nous remercions sincèrement le propriétaire de sa gentillesse.
