We are located across the street from Cibolo Creek. Perfect for a stroll in the park to feed the ducks. Boerne Texas was an original health destination in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Our home town is still the perfect place to recharge without the city hustle and bustle. Keeping with its German heritage, Boerne's downtown maintains a Hansel and Gretal feel with plenty of shopping and eateries. Every month special events are planned. Check out our website on google!

Hostel type home. Bedrooms great main living ara for 8 to 10 peple not good. Kitchen limited.

Close to town. Kitchen is limited. “Family area” is too small! Maybe 4 people. We had 10. No where to hang out. Bedrooms were very nice. Bathrooms updated & clean. No where to put your soap, shampoo etc. or makeup.

Great location - cheap decor

I had to call vrbo to get a hold of the host, I didn’t receive the instructions to get into the house. There is not a living room or kitchen which made it hard with our families. For the price it didn’t feel worth staying here. The heater didn’t work for sometime, and the blankets were thin as paper. There were only a few towels which also made it hard for our families. I think if you have a group of just adults and all you’re doing is sleeping here and you want a good location this is a good fit. It was not comfortable to hang out, and the kitchen is not functional.

Last minute cancel host !!

After making reservations 13 months in advance and then confirming via email 3 days before our stay, traveling 2 days to reach TX, this host cancelled on us leaving us stranded on the day before our arrival for the eclipse in Boerne , TX! Our group of 6 was stranded due to this last minute cancellation! The lack of consciousness was unbelievable !!! I DO NOT recommend this host!!!

Cute Place

If you are looking for a place to stay with little to no amenities this place is great. It’s a nice place to sleep. However, if you are use to “extras” you won’t find them here. The coffee pots are all stained with hard water and we’re too dirty to use. There is very little attention detail and I had to chase down wash rags and towels and and other little things you would normall find in your room. I think this is more of a cleaning/maintenance issue. The owner was wonderful at communicating with me and helped as much as possible. With a little more attention to the little things, this place could be a 10!

Cute, clean, large home!

We rented the entire house for my friends wedding weekend. It was perfect for the bridal party. The bride and groom were able to stay in separate bedrooms the night before the wedding to keep with tradition. The bride and bridesmaids were able to have hair and makeup done upstairs while the guys explored the town for wedding morning and got readydownstairs. Lots of great restaurants and breweries nearby. Perfect house for the weekend super cute decor and very clean! Highly recommended for large group! I would stay again for a couples getaway as the house can be rented as separate units in a hostel type fashion. Loved it!

Wonderful home!

This home is beautiful, clean, and well organized. Lucy made our checkin process seamless and easy. I'd highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Hill Country with a larger group of people!

Beautiful and well maintain home

Reserving the house was very easy with the help of Andrea. She respond quickly to all my questions. The property was very nice decorated and with lots of little details that made our stay very comfortable. It was not easy to understand through the web site the the house floor plan. Overall, we enjoy our stay in the house.

Clean and Cozy - would stay again

The style of the decor is cute, there is ample space for whatever you need! The only thing missing was a dish towel and sponge in the common space.

Our home has a beautiful backyard for all events, weddings, and to just relax. The front porch has a couple of rocking chairs to enjoy the fresh air whenever you need it. Our property is within walking distance to downtown Boerne and the creek for a stroll. Each unit has its own keypad lock and washroom.

We offer rides from the airport and to the airport for an additional cost. All your party planning or wedding needs can be planned by our terrific planner. Almost anything you request can be provided within reason. If you would like to surprise your loved one with a special gift in your room then that can be arranged. We have mini-fridges in the rooms so if you need groceries picked up and arranged in the room then we can accommodate you. We are here to make your business trip, staycation, or family trip as relaxing as possible.
