Perfect location, has everything you need

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Absolutely perfectly positioned merely a few hundred metres from the beach and 30 seconds to the main town! Absolutely great place to stay. This place is advertised exactly as it is. It is very small and perfect for 2 people, even better for 1. Don't go in expecting a grand big apartment. There is noise most of the night from the main strip but take earplugs and you will be grand! I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

De eigenaren meermaals gebeld en gestuurd geen antwoord gekregen de buren hebben ons de sleutel overhandigd en de sleutel hebben we gewoon in het verblijf achtergelaten. Als we toekwamen geen tv geen Wifi de buren hebben de wifi opgelost maar de tv kregen ze niet goed. Niets van kuis gerief geen veegborstel om eens de vloer uit te vegen wat eens nodig was aangezien strand vlakbij is geen verse lakens en handdoeken moeten vragen bij de buren ligging was goed wel veel lawaai savonds aangezien heel dicht tegen de bars ligt

La verdad que ha sido un poco nefasta, la comunicación con los "propietarios* ha sido mala y no por el idioma sino porque decían de hablar con muchas personas y al final no te solucionaban nada. Sinceramente no lo recomiendo.

für uns war den Aufenthalt absolut oke, leider gibt es einige Mängel am Apartment (dafür stimmt aber der Preis mMn). Ebenso war die Kommunikation zur Vermieterin und die Schlüsselübergabe gut. -die Tür im Badezimmer lässt sich nicht schliessen -es besteht kein Abzug um zu Kochen, daher das ganze Wohnzimmer / Küche füllt sich dem Geruch und Dunst des Kochens -sehr laute Umgebung, nah an der Ausgangsmeile -Sofa in sehr schlechtem/unappetitlichem Zustand (Beschichtung des Kunstleders löst sich überall) -Schlafzimmerfenster sehr klein, daher recht dunkle im Schlafzimmer.

Apartment was very clean, bit small for 3 people though with pull out bed being in living area. Would recommend moreso for younger generation who want to stay out really late and party as It was really noisy with road noise, bedroom windows faced onto road and motorbikes were common late at night. It was absolutely ideal for being in the heart of the resort and so close to beach.

L'appartement correspond complètement aux photos, il est bien équipé et il y a des plaques électriques! Nous étions 2 filles et c'était suffisant car l'appartement est petit ! Le gros plus de cet appartement est l'emplacement, a 5 Minutes à pieds de la plage et en plein milieu de la vie nocturne ! Donc un conseil rentrez tard le soir sinon vous ne dormirez pas. Autre point la caution je l'attend toujours elle ne m'as pas encore été redonné donc c'est pas top venant du site

not enough comunication

the apartment was how I expected it to be, I found it difficult to get in touch with anyone, I had to ask for clean towels and the bed linen was not changed once all week, they also made no attempt to do any cleaning, I am sure luidmilla is a nice lady, but she needs to improve her skills in looking after her guest, apart from that the apartment was nice and clean and quite, I hope this does not offend her, would book again if aloud to after this review, thanks g gregory

Appartement satisfaisant

Avec mon amie nous avons passé 6 jours fin juillet à Albufeira pour découvrir l'Algarve. Cet appartement est conforme à l'annonce sur le site, il est en effet très bien situé car très proche de la plage et du centre ville de Albufeira qui est très animé. L'appartement est situé tout proche d'un parking payant mais il y a la possibilité de trouver facilement de la place sur les parkings municipaux qui sont gratuits ( compter environ 10- 15 minutes à pied) Concernant l'aspect général de l'appartement, celui-ci est propre et dispose d'une petite salle de bain, d'une chambre , et d'un séjour. L'appartement est petit mais pour deux cela suffit largement. L'appartement est tout équipé avec un petit four , grille pain ... seule ombre au tableau l'absence de plaques électriques ou de gaz. Les seuls points vraiment négatifs sont le peu de fenêtres pour aerer l'appartement ce qui engendre de l'humidité; et un point qui découle de sa localisation: le bruit. Le centre étant tres vivant le bruit jusqu'à 4h du matin est assez important. Pour résumé l'appartement était idéal pour nous car nous partions la journée dans les villes des alentours et le soir nous rentrions dans le centre ville animé de Albufeira.

Appartamento in ottima posizione

L'appartamento è in una posizione centralissima, a 30 secondi a piedi dai locali e qualche minuto dalla spiaggia di Albufeira. La pulizia era buona, ma essendo a piano terra per far circolare l'aria bisogna aprire la porta di ingresso, perché le finestre non si possono aprire. P.s. Mancavano i fornelli, c'era solo il forno a microonde! (Anche se i locali fuori erano molto economici)
