200 m from the beach of Monsieur Hulot and shops.
Located at the end of a dead end. Very calm.
Crossing apartment: West living room and east veranda (see map)
1st floor.
View living room and bedroom on small park and view veranda on trees to the east.
This apartment has just been completely renovated.
The kitchen overlooks the veranda with dining table, sofa and TV. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed and another table with 2 possible extensions.

Commune agreable. Activites un peu limitees quand on est sans voiture.

Appartement fonctionnel, calme et très bien situé tué

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'agencement de l'appartement avec une grande pièce à vivre, 2 balcons et une véranda. La très belle plage de Monsieur Hulot, le centre ville et le marché sont à 5mn à pied. Nous avons également apprécié que les propriétaires ont été à l'écoute de nos besoins. Nous recommandons donc cette location.

Lovely apartment great location

This apartment was very well appointed and well equipped. The two balconies were a nice bonus. The apartment was 5 minutes walk away from Sainte Marc sur Mer, with its lovely beach. There were a few resteraunts, beach bars, boulangerie and supermarket. The apartment itself was in a very quiet residential setting, so if you are looking for a peaceful get away this would be ideal. There is a lovely coastal path on the doorstep too offering a number of routes to explore the coves and beaches. We went at the end of June and the resort of Sante Marc sur mer was quiet, but I can imagine it being busy during the school holidays. The owners of the property were friendly. Highly recommended

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung...

... haben wir hier vorgefunden. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Ruhige Grünlage mit Westbalkon. Strand nicht weit entfernt. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Kommunikation und Information im Vorfeld war bestens. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank
