This cosy luxury chalet is the result of the renovation of an old farmhouse with typical Savoyard architecture undertaken in 2018. The renovation left behind the discovery of over 2,000 letters from 4 brothers from La Clusaz, all of whom went to the front during the Great War. Its ideal location, off the beaten track yet relatively close to the village shops, offers an unrivalled view of the Aravis mountain range and the Balme massif. The south-facing aspect of this unusual property is a natural invitation to contemplate its natural surroundings.

Located halfway between the village of La Clusaz and the Confins valley (3km from the slopes and the village), this chalet is a subtle blend of tradition and modernism, a haven of peace, ideal for relaxing with family or friends.

The chalet consists of two separate apartments that can be rented together or independently. This apartment is located on the upper part of the chalet, spread over two levels (Duplex).

Le Cocon des Confins is composed as follow:

*Lower apartment: 6 people*

- Kitchen, living room with fireplace, openings to the outside with terrace and garden level
- 1 double bedroom (approximately 183 sq ft) with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) + a walk-in shower area with toilet included (suitable for disabled access standards)
- 1 double bedroom (approximately 129 sq ft) with a double bed that can be split into two singles (160 x 200 cm)
- 1 double bedroom (approximately 172 sq ft) with a double bed that can be split into two singles (180 x 200 cm) + a desk area + independent bathroom and separate toilet

- 4 underground parking spaces (2 if the lower apartment is rented)
- Ski room with boot dryer
- Staircase to access the apartment

Level 0 (laundry room shared with the lower part)
- Washing machine / Dryer / Sink
