Closest beach access is located 0.5 miles at the Deer Lake Beach access right by a popular state park, but our favorite beach access is 3 miles away!

Conveniently located by The Big Chill, you will never run out of things to do! Live music, shows, shopping, and dining are just a few of the attractions you will enjoy. Family friendly and within walking distance.

Walk right in and let the beach chic elegance of this home wash right over you. Enjoy the spacious kitchen with dazzling granite counters and lighting. All cookware and dishware is stocked and ready to go! In the living room you will find comfortable yet stylish seating for all. Kick back and watch the Smart TV with your family after a long day at the beach, or enjoy dinner at the dining table which comfortably seats 6 with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The master suite features a king size bed with a private bathroom, flat screen TV, and generous closet space. The guest bedroom has a comfortable full over full bunk bed with a twin size trundle. There is also a flat screen TV and generous closet space. Both the guest bedroom and main living area have access to our spacious balcony. Great place to sip your morning coffee! Two full bathrooms will allow the whole family to get up and go in the mornings with no problem! The living room sofa doubles as a comfortable queen sleeper. You have the best beach in the world just minutes away.

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
