location décevante

précisions insuffisantes pour rentrer dans le logement qui était en plus gelé, juste un chauffage au gaz non allumé dans la pièce principale et aucune indication pour le faire fonctionner, nous avons appris que les parkings étaient payants seulement 2 jours avant, il fallait aller au parcmètre tous les matins avant 9h, mauvaise fois du propriètaire et annonce qui ne reflétait pas la réalité

Wohnung am Strand

Belgien ist ein wunderbares Land und der Strand, der keine Minute von der Wohnung entfernt ist, ist traumhaft. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man braucht, aber der Zustand ist mittelmäßig. Da jeder Urlauber bei Abreise selbst die Wohnung reinigen muss, ist es ein Glücksfall, wie man die Wohnung auffindet. In unserem Fall habe ich erstmal die Wohnung reinigen müssen und eines der Hochbetten war leider nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, da es durchgebrochen war. Dennoch war der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter ganz gut. Und wenn die Ansprüche nicht ganz so hoch sind, ist die Wohnung in Top Lage wirklich ganz gut.

Heerlijk verblijf

Weer een heerlijk verblijf gehad ondanks het niet zo mooie weer wel prachtige foto's gemaakt. Wij hebben heerlijk geslapen. Het appartement is eenvoudig maar heeft alles wat nodig is en voelt prettig aan. Jammer dat wij te kort geboekt hadden wij hadden graag langer willen blijven.

Een eenvoudig appartement met alle basisbehoeftes. Meer hoeft dit niet te zijn. Prachtige locatie met zicht zee vanuit je zetel.

Heel dicht bij de zee en kusttram wat handig was. Verhuurder antwoord snel en is heel vriendelijk. Er was niets mis met het appartement en de bedden lagen comfortabel

Heerlijk

Ons verblijf was heerlijk. Een no nonsense en gezellig appartement van alle gemakken voorzien.( even voor de Nederlanders zelf je beddengoed meenemen dat is hier gebruikelijk in een appartement huren) Geen luxe maar zeer prettig en gemoedelijk. De tv hebben wij niet aan gekregen dat resulteerde tot meer tijd voor ons samen en wandelingen aan het strand. Vanuit de bank prachtig uitzicht op zee het was echt bijkomen. Het winkelen en boodschappen doen was ook een fijne ervaring de mensen zijn zeer beleeft en vriendelijk. Een aanrader de groenteboer en slager met zelf bereide maaltijden die je zelf kan samenstellen een score van 10 plus. Wij hebben het zeer fijn gehad en komen graag terug.

Grausige Wohnung

Der erste Eindruck , fast am Strand , schön. Dann ging es los. Ein Buntbartschlüssel zum öffnen der Wohnung. Mit jedem Kleiderbügel öffen bar. Dann die Wohnung..... Ein 4 Bett Zimmer das wir nicht nutzten. 1 Zummer mitt doopel Bett das nur so vor Dreck strotze. Wir haben die erste Nacht in einem Hotel zugebracht da wir spät vorort waren und alle Geschäfte in denen man Bettwäsche erstehen konnte schon geschlossen hatten. Wir kauften Kissen , Zudecken, Bezüge , Bettücher etc die Kissen und Zudecken die vom Vermieter zur verfügung gestellt wurden waren das letzte !!!!! Überall war es schmutzig. Die Küche stand vor Dreck. Fenster konnten nicht richtig verschlossen werden da sie defekt waren. Das komplette Geschirr , Töpfe war dreckig Die ganze Wohnung war schweine kalt und es gab nur einen Gas heiz Ofen. Dessen bedienung mehr als fragwürdig ist. Ich brauchte fast eine Std bis ich dieses uralte Teil zum laufen brachte. Es gab keine Hinweise wo Müll entsorgt werden kann. Dieses Objekt gehört nicht in FeWo es ist absolut das letzte. @ FeWo bitte kontaktieren sie mich !!!!!!

Très bel emplacement et bel appartement. Cependant nous sommes arrivés avec une odeur forte et désagreable car les vacanciers avant nous avaient laissés de la nourrituredans le co gelateuret celui ci avait été debranché. Et j'ai dû repasser un coup de menage dans les toilettes et la salle de bain. Sinon rien à redire. Un bel appartement bien situéen bord de mer.

Süße Wohnung nur 30m vom Meer entfernt

Sehr netter Vermieter, tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Der Heizofen ist etwas fummelig zu bedienen. Man muss wissen dass man den Regler rechts wirklich sehr lange drücken muss (20sek. ca) bis er zündet. Der Strand ist ein bisschen verbaut, mit Hotelkomplexen, aber wen das nicht stört, der kommt voll auf seine Kosten.

Gezellig en kort bij zee

Met een verblijf in dit appartementje ga je even terug in de tijd zowel qua inrichting als comfort. Ook stap je even uit de digitale wereld want de ontvangst is hier zeer slecht. Maar dit heeft natuurlijk ook zijn charmes... De bedden waren zeer goed en we hebben uitstekend geslapen. De douche is aan de kleine kant, maar ook hier wen je aan. Met kleine kinderen is het wel even zoeken hoe je dit best aanpakt maar met de nodige creativiteit vind je wel een oplossing. Het terras aan de achterkant is zeer ruim en een pluspunt voor kinderen om te spelen of om even rustig je krant te lezen. Wel jammer dat er geen balustrade voorzien is. Vreemd was wel dat sommige stopcontacten in de keuken op bepaalde momenten geen stroom leverden en dat dit nadien gewoon weer normaal werkte... Er is een dvd-speler en een ruim aanbod aan dvd's voorhanden maar het gebruik hiervan is heel stresserend omdat toetsen op de schakelaar voor de bediening zeer slecht werken. Ondanks de kleine mankementen heeft dit appartement genoeg charmes en overwegen wij zeker om nog eens terug te gaan.

Wunderschöne Zeit

Mooi gelegen / Verwaarloosd verblijf

Bij het binnenkomen hadden de vorige huurders het huisje niet schoongemaakt. Stonk naar vis ,en rook ,en vloeren waren vuil ,en slaapkamers vol hondenhaar. Keukendeurtjes konden niet dicht ,en aanrecht en kastjes zijn echt kansloos. Beter zou zijn om een schoonmaakster aan te stellen ,en de prijs iets te verhogen van verhuur. Parkeren is ook een ramp. Bij warme dagen moet je wel erg goed zoeken naar een plek......
