The house is located in a quiet area in the small village of Avrillé, 10 minutes from the beach of Longeville-sur-Mer (8 km). The small medieval town of Talmont-St. Hilaire (14 km) is worth the detour. There is an automobile museum and the Château de Talmont, where the English king Richard the Lionheart once resided. You can take other lovely excursions to Les Sables d'Olonne (22 km). It is a lively seaside resort, which is also the most important city on the "light coast" (as it is sometimes called). A little further on is the medieval fortified town of La Rochelle (75 km).

Have you always dreamed of staying in a typical Vendée house? That's convenient ! This white holiday home with blue shutters is located right next to the pretty, large sandy beaches for which the Vendée is famous. The house is on one level and has a modern interior. Stroll through the large fenced, south-facing garden. Children will have enough space to run, play football, or badminton. After a pleasant day spent at the beach or on an excursion, you can prepare a good meal thanks to the barbecue. In short: a pleasant home base for your holidays!
