Hervorragend, absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung, mit direktem Ausgang zum Strand und nur 10 m von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Das Bad ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und es gibt inzwischen eine zusätzliche Toilette. Mehrere gute Restaurants, eine Bäckerei gegenüber und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Concierge war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

2eme séjour, toujours aussi bien

Une petite semaine pour la 2eme année dans cet appartement tout à fait conforme à la description et parfaitement adapté à notre maman qui se déplace très difficilement. La situation est idéale, on peut contempler le lever de soleil, être très vite à pieds dans le centre ville. Depuis que la salle de bains a été refaite et un nouveau WC ajouté, c’est parfait !

Geräumige Wohnung an top Lage.

Viel Platz, 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnbereich mit super Küche. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Umgebung und Terrasse ungepflegt an top Lage. Sonnenschirm sollte ersetzt werden. Ein ewiger Kampf gegen den Wind. Vorplatz gross auch zum Parkieren aber auch ungepflegt. Schade für diese Lage zu diesem Preis.

Je recommande

Très bel emplacement. Appartement très bien équipé. Gestion des clés parfaite avec une personne extrêmement aimable. Une lumière côté canapé serait la bienvenue et l'agrandissement de la terrasse en enlevant la partie sable serait ideale idéale.

Idéal avec accès direct a la plage

Logement idéal pour profiter de la plage, accès direct l'eau à 50m. Malgré la haute saison pas beaucoup de monde sur la plage et calme le soir. Le port et les boutiques à 10 minutes a pied. Rien ne manque dans le logement, pas besoin de clim un courant d'air naturel se créer en laissant les fenêtres ouvertes. Salle de bain refaite à neuf et fonctionnelle chambres spacieuses salon correct cuisine bien équipée même si il manquerait quelques casseroles et poêles. Un store au dessus de la baie vitrée serait un luxe appréciable. En bref nous reviendrons certainement !!!!

Weihnachten am Strand

Das liegt direkt am Strand, man kann wunderbar zum Gartentor heraus und ist am Meer. Perfekte Lage. Auch für unsere Hunde war der Aufenthalt toll, alles ist eingezäunt. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmässig. Wir werden sicher wieder einmal dort Urlaub machen. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und diskret. Gerne wieder.

Excellent sejour a Palavas

Mon mari , moi , mon fils , sa partenaire et leur petite fille agée de 1 an et demi avons passé un très agréable séjour chez vous , d'autant plus que le temps était ensoleillé tous les jours. De plus la maison était très bien située, près du centre , spacieuse , dans un endroit calme et en bord de mer. Nous espérons renouveler notre visite chez vous en septembre 2025! Merci !

Empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne, großzügige Wohnung, direkt am Strand und nur 10 m von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an guten Restaurants, eine Bäckerei gegenüber und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Concierge war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tout à fait conforme à la description et remarquablement situé

Un appartement idéalement situé, sur la plage, tout près du centre et des commerces essentiels. La cuisine est très bien équipée, la literie confortable. Aucun problème pour circuler et se reposer à l’intérieur ou dans le jardin pour notre maman handicapée. Petit bémol sur la salle de bains qui mérite comme noté dans d’autres commentaires un petit rafraîchissement et un aménagement de la douche pour parfaire l’accès handicapé. Mais globalement un très beau séjour et un bon accueil, on reviendra avec plaisir !

Maison idéalement située

Maison tres agréable extrêmement bien située à 2 pas de l'eau et tres proche du centre-ville. Grand jardin pour une maison de bord de mer. Cuisine bien équipée. La salle de bains mériterait un rafraîchissement. Malgre cela pas gênant pour les vacances. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Appartement les pieds dans l'eau

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. L'appartement est idéalement placé et la place pour garer la voiture est idéal. Nous sommes partis avec ma mère qui a bientôt 85 ans et elle était ravie de son séjour. Nous recommandons unanimement.

Hervorragende Lage

Wir haben die Wohnung direkt am Strand genossen, super Lage, der Strand und das Meer vor Türe, was will man mehr? Die Wohnung und die Gegenstände könnten zum Teil etwas erneuert werden, aber das ist Jammern auf hohen Niveau! Ich, meine Frau und unsere beiden Töchter haben tolle Ferien in dieser Wohnung verbracht! Pavalas als Ferienort ist sicher nicht gerade unser Favorit, aber wir könnten uns durchaus vorstellen wieder in diesem Haus unsere Sommerferien zu verbringen!

Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub am Meer

Die Beschreibung hat nicht zu viel versprochen. Die Lage der geräumigen Wohnung ist perfekt. Von der Terrasse gelangt man direkt an den Strand. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein wunderschöner Urlaubsort. Der Hafen mit Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Dort gibt es eine Vielzahl von Restaurants für jeden Geschmack. Eine gute Boulangerie befindet sich in direkter Umgebung. Ebenso ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen für das Nötigste. Der Ansprechpartner war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Sejour agréable

Appartement correspondant parfaitement à l'annonce. Agréable et bien équipé. Literie confortable. Un petit bémol pour la terrasse, partie en sable sale et ne faisant pas envie, parasol en mauvais état, trop haut pour avoir de l'ombre sur la partie repas au petit déjeuner, même en position inclinée.

Emplacement de rêve

Juste en face de la mer avec un accès direct. La mer très proche, pas besoin de marcher longtemps. Vue magnifique du lever au coucher. Des vacances à la mer réussies. Vraiment génial avec les enfants qui ont passé leur temps à jouer dans le sable juste devant la maison pendant qu'on était dans la propriété. Les jouets de plage annoncés dans l'annonce étaient sommaires par contre et nous n'avons pas trouvé les boules de pétanque que nous avons dû acheter sur place (nous n'avions de ce fait pas pris les nôtres). Non seulement la plage et la mer sont à portée mais nous sommes par ailleurs à 1minute de l'accès à la ville et aux commerces. L'emplacement est juste génial ! Pour l'équipement, cuisine très moderne et agréable, grande table. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La salle de bains mériterait un petit rafraichissement. Dommage que les seuls WC soient dedans. Également, la terrasse côté transat serait à aménager. Nous retenons l'adresse, vraiment de très bonnes vacances et un bon accueil du concierge.

Silvester am Meer

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer und auch im Winter sehr reizvoll. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Heizung funktioniert und der Beck gleich um die Ecke.

maison sur la plage

logement très bien situé qui fait le bonheur des enfants et celui des adultes qui aiment l'eau...le matériel de plage pour les enfants est très appréciable lorsque l on vient de loin...le garage et la cours pour ranger les vélos également ....Le rapport qualité/prix est très correct...Peut-être faut il penser à avoir un deuxième étendoir à linge pour les serviettes quand le temps est humide et que l on ne peut tout suspendre dehors... Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et gardons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour.
