The enclosed and shaded garden of 250 m² offers a covered wooden terrace with garden furniture, a picnic table and two deckchairs. You have the possibility to park your car inside. This residence allows you to have a playground for children and a collective swimming pool.
The residence is a few meters from bike paths that allow access in 5 minutes to the shops and market Hourtin and 10 minutes to Hourtin Port.

Saturday morning departure times are defined by the agency from 8am to 10.30am. Arrival times are from 3pm to 5.30pm at 10 Places de l'église in Hourtin (at the estate agency).
