Disappointing stay

Pros - location, beach access, towel and beach chair service. Louie's was FANTASTIC.Cons - VERY sparsely furnished, not very clean, not well maintained, no dishwashing soap/clothes/sponges paper towels nor tp provided, no oven safe cookware, no ice maker, light bulbs missing, no batteries in tv remote, had to ask for EVERYTHING. exterior door lock broken.

Would not stay there again.

The location was wonderful. The condo was run down and needed updating. Terrible problems with the elevator. For a day and a half there was only one working elevator. They did refund a couple of hundred but I would not recommend this condo.

Property was older and a bit run down. They elevators were SLOW and we there were a few german cockroachers visualize in our kitchen.

Making it right.

The stay started rocky with the first room. It was not of the quality we expected. However, the staff was friendly and professional from the beginning. They switched out room and that made all of the difference.

Nice Property

We stayed for one night prior to a cruise. Front desk staff was truly indifferent towards us. They werent rude but weren’t friendly. Felt like they could care less and that we interrupted their discussion Bellman was outstanding even though he did not speak English. Very Friendly and helpful. Location is in a beautiful area, however accessing restaurants and stores is challenging. We walked it to a restaurant but it was a substantial walk When checking out, the lady didn’t know how to print me a receipt… told me I would get one emailed to me. That did not happen. Room was spacious but was just ok. Nothing special. Half drank water bottles were left in the room when we arrived. We used one glass and there was no dish soap so we left it in the sink. Again, it was ok … sparsely decorated and not the cleanest place. It would suffice for one night. Concrete around the pool area is cracking and dangerous. Guests had babies in the pool with no diapers on. It was disgusting. We would not get in the pool after seeing this. Pool bar was outrageously expensive. Four frozen drinks were $79. Quality was poor and selection was poor. We tried to get a quick bite before leaving for the cruise ship at the on-site restaurant. The only thing they had available was one bagel and white toast. Could not make anything else. The one lady who was working was completely overwhelmed and it was just two of us. It was an ok location for one night. I would not stay again.

Too expensive but had a good time

Mama only complaint is that on the website it said we’d get a room with either a King or Queen in master bedroom and Queen or Full in spare bedroom. All 3 beds were size Full . I wasn’t pleased about that!

My family (6) stayed 6 days. The property itself is nice but the unit could use a good deep cleaning. Pots/pans should be replaced, need more dishes. Was a little disappointed not having an ocean view but the bay view was not bad. The attendants were friendly and professional and very helpful. Thank you

Great location...but lots of stains in the room!

Good location and beach. Minimal towels, kitchen dishes, beach chairs, restaurants. Check-in lady during the day is rude and same with Tiki Bar. Night time lady very nice and so was the valet gentleman! You learn nothing about the facility...ask other people staying there to find food, trash take-out, how to get fresh towels, etc.

Not pleased

We were not pleased with property for the price. It was old outdated. Carpet was stained in both bedrooms. The pictures on your site were old. Simple fixes like new carpet, fixtures, furniture would at least bring it up to date. The gym had old out dated equipment, restaurant was dirty. We definitely would not stay there again. This was the first time I was disappointed with Vrbo.
